VTT "Spline Lock" Crank Hub System – N54 / N55 / S55
VTT is proud to offer the only complete crank hub solution for BMW N54, N55, and S55 engines that does not require drilling the crankshaft for pins.
Our innovative hub features proprietary Spline Lock Technology—a high-tolerance, precision-machined spline system that presses into the crank and positively locks the hub in place, eliminating the need for traditional pinning or welding.
After months of rigorous development and over 10 different prototype revisions, our final production version was put to the test. In our in-house trials, the hub outperformed expectations—breaking our testing rig before it ever slipped. VTT BILLET BMW N54/55 Crank Seal Guard.
It is a well-known issue on the BMW N54/N55/S55 platforms that your serpentine belt can fail for various reasons, when this happens you have a high chance of the belt getting sucked behind the front damper, and then being pushed past the crank seal into your oil pan. From there it can get sucked into the oil pick up causing total engine failure, even if you do not lose the engine it is a COSTLY repair to remove the sub-frame and drop the oil pan to remove the belt. The best way to combat this is to watch for oil leaks and keep up on your maintenance. BUT Even with those preventative measures, pre-mature belt failure can occur. This crank seal guard installs over your front crank seal and will keep the belt from being sucked in if a belt failure does occur. This is a cheap way to ensure you do not end up having to replace your motor from oil starvation due to an ingested belt. -
Upgraded PCV valve for your N54 engine. We always recommend upgrading your PCV valve at the time of turbo upgrade or replacement, as the stock valve can be worn. This means it can stop functioning to its full potential, causing oiling issues with your BMW. This upgraded valve not only replaces the worn stock valve, it is also much stronger and will help eliminate any future PCV issues.

VTT CNC Billet check valve that can be used for a variety of uses including a vacuum/boost check valve when removing the stock PCV system, and still wanting to run vacuum to the crankcase. Rated at over 100 psi, with a cracking psi of .25psi.

Looking to get the most efficient turbocharger operation out of your N54-powered BMW? The best way to do this is to remove all restrictions from the inlet and charge the tract. The factory charge pipe has a very small 1" opening and a poorly designed Y section that couples the two banks into one before entering the intercooler. This VTT N54 Aluminum outlet gets rid of those restrictions and provides a full 1.5" from the turbochargers to a smooth Y transition into a 2.5" outlet to fit most aftermarket intercoolers. Do not be fooled by companies trying to sell you oversized 2" charge pipes, these are not going to pick up any power, and will kill velocity. The smallest diameter you can run while still providing adequate flow is always best for flow velocity and reducing time to TQ.

So we made our own longer studs to combat the issue. Made from 10.9 grade steel, and coated in black oxide, these are the perfect solution to the short stud problem. A well-known issue on the N54 and early N55 engines with hydraulic power steering is the factory plastic pulley. These pulleys are notorious for either contacting the subframe or simply failing on their own. When that happens, the serpentine belt can be thrown off, leaving you stranded. Worse yet, if the engine is run with the belt off, there’s a high chance of the belt being sucked into the motor through the front crank seal — a failure that can lead to catastrophic engine damage.

Looking to convert your 5×120 or 5x112 vehicle to 5x114.3 wheels, or 5x120 wheels, and open up your wheel options DRAMATICALLY? We got covered with our VTT wheel spacer conversion kits. These kits are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for a long-lasting finish. We then press in 10.9 class studs, with corrosion-resistant zinc coating for years of use. The spacer then accepts either a 5x114 wheel or a 5x120 wheel. The 5x114 use M14 studs, and the 5x120 use M12 studs. All the spacers have either a 66.6mm or 72.6mm Hub bore size to fit 99% of BMW applications.

Need a replacement filter for your VTT Billet Crankcase breather? You can order on here. We offer them in 3 heights, low 48mm, medium58mm, and tall 68mm. This is measured from base to top. The filter will include a new clamp. For reference: N54/55 mostly use the low A90 Supra use Medium Most Audi applications can fit a tall, but measure your filter before ordering.

Looking to fix the diff bolt issue on your F9X X3/4M? VTT has taken a 3 pronged approach by offering a triple solution, one part of the solution is the Rear diff bushing insert kit. This is pressed into the factory bushing and fills the voids in the bushing. This keeps the stock bushing ride compliance but removes any unwanted movement. These are sold as a kit and are available in rear side only, and front and rear sides both. Adding in the front side increases installation time, and difficulty as the diff will need to be dropped, and a tool will need to be used to press in the front side bushing Kit includes:
- One Billet Bushing insert
- Two 46mm Hardened Steel Washers
- One 12.9 M14 Bolt
- One M14 Lock nut
- Optional front side bushing which will fully lock down the bushing. (requires the diff to be lowered, and the bushing pressed into the front)
All products that are designed to stiffen or reduce drivetrain movement inherently have the tendency to increase NVH or Noise, Harness, or vibration. While these bushings inserts have been found to add little NVH in most instances. Your results and sensitivity to NVH may vary. This product is designed to reduce drivetrain movement, and that was the goal when designing and manufacturing this product. Returns for NVH are not accepted once products are installed.

Stop the Flex. Launch with Confidence.
Soft bushings are the enemy of hard launches and drivetrain longevity. The factory BMW transfer case bushings—especially on the G8X and F9X platforms—are notoriously soft. That’s the last thing you want when you’re putting serious power down.
Sure, you could replace the entire bushing with a solid one, but that often requires lowering or removing the transfer case—not to mention the added NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) that comes with it.
Our transfer case bushing inserts offer a smarter solution: reduce bushing flex without sacrificing comfort. You keep smooth, quiet drivability around town and at idle—but when it’s time to launch, the transfer case stays planted.
Fitment Notice – Two Versions Available:
BMW uses two different transfer case bushing types. We now offer Version A and Version B inserts to match.

Looking to fix the diff bolt issue on your F9X X3/4M? VTT has taken a 3 pronged approach by offering a triple solution, one part of the solution is the front diff bushing inserts. These are pressed into the factory bushing, and fill the voids in the bushing. This keeps the stock bushing ride compliance but removes any unwanted movement. These are sold as a set Kit includes:
- Two Billet Bushing inserts
- Two 46mm Hardened Steel Washers
All products that are designed to stiffen or reduce drivetrain movement inherently have the tendency to increase NVH or Noise, Harness, or vibration. While these bushings inserts have been found to add little NVH in most instances. Your results and sensitivity to NVH may vary. We are happy to release our BMW B54/N55 (Limited N55 Fitment) vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the Throttle Body fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose options, 1/4" barb, as well as 1/8NPT plugs if you only want one barb, etc. These are perfect for running your PI off manifold pressure which is much more accurate than charge pipe, and they are also great for BOV running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do. They are made from 6061-T6 anodized black, with steel plugs, and Blue Anodized barbed fittings. VTT noticed a hole in the F9X X3/4M market for a high-quality, lightweight, NVH-friendly, and easy-to-install Diff Lock Down kit to improve diff stability under launching, and hard cornering. So we did something about it and went to work on a very innovative design that 100% positively locks the diff down from movement, while shielding it from adding a ton of NVH, and can be used with the stock diff, and subframe bushings. This design uses existing mounting points on the vehicle, you do NOT have to remove the subframe or the Diff to install. Simply remove 4 diff bolts, drill two holes in the subframe slightly bigger, install two M8 riv-nuts, and install the lockdown, you do not even have to move the exhaust. A typical install can be 30-45 minutes for someone who is experienced working on vehicles, an hour or two if you like taking it slow. You WILL need a Riv-nut tool to install the Riv-nuts, we provide a link below for what we recommend on Amazon. Features:

Have a problematic PCV on your S55/N55 powered BMW, don't want to pay to replace the entire VC? The VTT PCV delete kit is just what you need. This kit blocks the factory PCV from pulling from the head ports, gets rid of the tear-prone rubber diaphragm, and essentially converts your VC into VTA through the factory front port on the VC. This kit can work stand-alone with the cap, and a -10 ORB plug, can be used to run an extra breather port, or it can be installed with any Catch Can kit that uses the front port of the stock VC. Simply remove the factory cap, take out the diaphragm, screw the plug into the center port, and tap the new cap on with a soft blow hammer or similar. This deletes the PCV and allows you to avoid the issues of a failed diaphragm. Kit Choices

VTT is proud to offer the only Vanos covers on the market made from 7075 aluminum instead of the much more common 6061. We went with 7075 due to its increased tensile strength and fatigue strength. Each cover is CNC machined from a 7075 billet, anodized in black for corrosion resistance. These covers snap on and replace the factory plastic covers which are prone to failure over time. We ensure a perfect fit on our covers by going through more than 6 different sample designs to land on our final version. These covers have a very tight fit to avoid vibration or chaffing of the engagement dogs. These are the last vanos covers you will ever have to buy. Looking for a way to do burnouts in your ATC13-2 Equipped Xdrive BMW that doesn't have an RWD mode such as G-Series non-M vehicles, and SUVs? We were too! VTT is proud to offer the ONLY easy-to-install, plug, and-play Xdriove controller on the market. This device will allow you to turn off, and turn on again your X-drive capability from the driver seat with a remote. While other options do exist such as X-Delete, or an in-dash gauge, one is a very slow process and is not viable to use as a way to do a burnout at the drag strip, and the other is a very expensive, AND very intrusive device that requires removal of most of the dash, and installing a gauge. Our solution takes 30 seconds to install once you gain access to the underside of the vehicle, and can be removed just as easily. Once installed, you can remotely disable your Xdrive from the driver's seat to perform your burnout, and then quickly enable it again to perform your launch with AWD active. This action does NOT require a key cycle, as soon as you activate it again the car will dismiss any lights and codes generated. This truly is the best of both worlds for ease of use, practicality, and effectiveness, all while coming at a very affordable price. This device uses a BMW plug on one end, and our custom-printed male plug on the other, for a plug, and play OEM fit. NO cutting any wires!

Looking to get rid of the troublesome and expensive DI injectors on your BMW N54 and move to PI only and a standalone? If so VTT has you covered with its new N54 PI delete kit. This kit allows you to SAFELY remove the DI injectors, install our delete fittings, and run PI only. We machined these deletes from 310 Stainless for extreme heat, and corrosion resistance, and include 3 hold downs. These DI deletes COMPLETELY get rid of all factory provisions, including the seal. If the seal is left intact with no fuel to cool the injector or delete it will quickly overheat and melt the delicate seal causing combustion gasses to escape the engine creating misfires, and worse possibly damaging your injector bore on the cylinder head. Our deletes are machined to be a press fit into the cylinder, and can be either cooled with liquid nitrogen, and dropped in, or tapped in with a hammer, and then held down with the included hold downs. We also include M6 tapped holes on the top of each one in case they need to be removed you can attach a slide hammer, and remove the delete. These are sold as a kit and come with the following

This is an all-new take on the VTT N54 “GC” turbocharger, using 100% new parts throughout that is pure performance. Some of the new groundbreaking features include: All turbine side parts are now fully cast from 310 Stainless Steel for increased temperature resistance, and ultimate corrosion resistance. Looking to get the most efficient turbocharger operation out of your S55-powered BMW? The best way to do that is by eliminating all restriction in the inlet and charge tract—starting with the factory charge pipes.
The OEM pipes are poorly designed and severely flattened as they exit the turbos before the intercooler, creating unnecessary restriction. VTT S55 Silicone Charge Pipes eliminate this bottleneck by providing a true, full 2" ID from the turbochargers to the intercooler, allowing maximum airflow and improved turbo efficiency.
Unlike aluminum pipes, silicone also prevents heat soak, keeping intake temperatures more consistent under hard driving.
These pipes are constructed from 7-ply, wire-reinforced silicone, with an additional inner silicone layer, and have been pressure tested to over 150 PSI for extreme reliability.

The 55 series of engines has notoriously had ignition problems with the factory coils, while aftermarket upgrades do exist, they can be bulky. The solution is the BMW B58 ignition coils which are extremely robust and can support well over 1000WHP with no issues. This means a plug-and-play affordable solution that fits like stock, and looks AMAZING doing so! We designed our own 6061-T6 Billet bracket in a plethora of colors including matching shades for every S55/N55 Valve Cover. This means you can mix and match the color of the bracket with coil color, with VC color to truly tailor your engine bay to look exactly how you want it to!
Note: Flash setting changes may be required when installing the conversion kit to ensure the proper function of the B58 coils with S55/N55 DME. This can be found in almost all flashing software settings such as MHD, Bm3, etc.

VTT is proud to offer a premium carbon fiber driveshaft manufactured exclusively for VTT in the USA by GCDS (Gulf Coast Driveshaft) — one of the premier driveshaft manufacturers in the country with extensive experience in high-performance and drag racing applications.
Each driveshaft is constructed using 3.31" carbon fiber tubing, paired with NEAPCO Performance 1350 series U-joints, then bonded using a proprietary high-strength process and precision balanced to within 1/8 in-oz as a complete assembly.
Every shaft is torque tested in-house prior to shipping to ensure proper bonding and structural integrity. GCDS and VTT are among the few manufacturers that perform full torque testing on each shaft before it leaves the facility.
To complete the system, the driveshaft is paired with VTT-designed 7075 aluminum adapters, eliminating the factory guibos and unnecessary flex points. The shaft connects directly to the BMW 3-bolt front flange, while a VTT 4340 rear adapter replaces the factory slip-in / screw-retained shaft design for improved strength and reliability.

VTT B58/S58 Head Port Block-Off / Built Check Valve Kit
The VTT B58/S58 Head Port Block-Off / Check Valve Kit is designed to either seal off or convert the factory head ports used by the OEM low-side PCV system. These ports in the cylinder head utilize engine vacuum to evacuate crankcase gases — but in the process, can allow oil to enter the intake manifold, leading to valve carbon buildup and other performance issues over time.
This kit provides two configuration options:

Block-Off Version – Completely seals the factory head ports to prevent oil intrusion and unwanted vacuum leaks.

Billet Check Valve Version – Converts the head ports into a robust internal PCV system using precision-engineered check valves. These one-way valves allow vacuum to function as intended while blocking boost pressure from entering the crankcase or charge tract.

VTT is proud to announce our B58 Gen 1 Billet/Silicone coolant hose upgrade kit! The factory plastic coolant connectors are prone to breaking over time, and the hoses are just your standard run-of-the-mill coolant hose. We wanted to provide an upgrade to both areas. What we came up with is Billet 6061-T6 connectors anodized black for corrosion resistance, and 6-ply silicone molded silicone hoses in the factory shapes. Currently, these fit most Gen 1 B58 applications F2X/F3X. Application chart below.
They may not fit some models, we have not test fit on all models.
Please bear in mind, the B58 coolant hoses can be difficult to install, and may require removal of other items on the engine to reach the hose connections.

These sensors have the proper scaling which will allow your tuner to simply change your map sensor scaling in the tune, and the factory ECU will be able to utilize the sensor voltage with no problem. We are offering these in 5 bar (58 psi), and 6 bar (72 psi), and each comes with a plug-and-play harness, and optional fittings for ease of installation.
Note: For the S58/B58 our Factory style Pre-Throttle map sensor is also 5 bar, and will work fine coupled with the post throttle kit, but the scaling is different, if you want matching Voltages Pre/Post throttle you can run two of these.

VTT noticed a hole in the VTT A9X Supra/BMW Z4 / G2X / G42 Billet Diff Lock Down Kit market for a high-quality, lightweight, NVH-friendly, and easy-to-install Diff Lock Down kit to improve diff stability under launching, and hard cornering. So we did something about it and went to work on a very innovative design that 100% positively locks the diff down from movement, while shielding it from adding a ton of NVH, and can be used with the stock diff, and subframe bushings. This design uses existing mounting points on the vehicle, you do NOT have to remove the subframe or the Diff to install. Simply remove 4 diff bolts, drill two holes in the subframe slightly bigger, install two M10 riv-nuts, and install the lockdown, you do not even have to move the exhaust. A typical install can be 15-30 minutes for someone who is experienced working on vehicles, an hour if you like taking it slow. You WILL need a Riv-nut tool to install the Riv-nuts, we provide a link below for what we recommend on Amazon. Features:

Heat is the enemy of power, and the last thing you want is hot coolant heating your charge air even further right before it enters the charge cooler, but this is what BMW has done on the S58. This is done for emissions and quick warm-up purposes. However, If you are looking to make power on the S58, and are upgrading your charge cooler, or adding PI. While you are there, it takes 30 seconds to remove the coolant lines from the TB connections and replace them with our billet coolant delete kit. This completely removes the coolant from the Throttle body and provides a bypass for the coolant. Simply remove the two lines going to the throttle body, and run our hose in their place. You leave the coolant fittings on the TB open and avoid any unwanted heat being introduced into your charge tract. In our opinion a must for full effort builds. We take the work out of it for you. Unsure of the state of your CHRA's, whether brand new from a questionable source or rebuilt? Don't install them without having a proper High-Speed balance done! This is the #1 most critical factor when building a turbocharger, and is even more important for performance turbochargers or small twins that see a LOT of RPM. We use a Turbo Technics VS3 balancer, and balance most units down to under .5G Not all turbos will be able to pass a high-speed balancing test for any number of reasons (usually poor assembly, bent shaft, etc), if they will not pass, we will send you the specs they are in, and as close as we could get them. We then will give you the option to send them back, or we can disassemble, and rebuild them in-house using our other balancing, and assembly tools to ensure a properly built/balanced unit. VTT is proud to announce another product in our carbon fiber product line. The BMW F-Series B58 Modular Carbon fiber intakes system! We COMPLETELY do away with the entire factory intake tract, including the accordion hose, the turbo muffler, all of the restrictive bends. We then replaced it with a smooth radius 2.5"-4" Silicone intake pipe with wire impregnated to ensure strength and longevity. This is coupled with our billet intake connection for an OEM-like fit, and finish. We then created a 100% carbon factory-style intake top and coupled it with our high-flow cotton pre-oiled filters. These tops are 8 layers of 100% carbon, not a single layer wrapped over plastic and they are 1.3MM thick with our logo vacuum printed onto the tops, with a UV-resistant gloss clear coating. This is not only strong but will resist discoloration for an extended period of time. The filters themselves are made with a heat-resistant silicone base, a high-flowing cotton weave element with a pre-oiled design to catch contaminates but allow free flow. But we didn't stop there! For the crowd looking for increased intake sound, we also made this compatible with our 4" Cone filter for increased flow, and much louder intake sound! This is the ONLY complete kit on the market that replaces not only the hoses but ALSO the brittle factory plastic coolant connectors that are prone to breaking over time. We wanted to provide an upgrade to both areas. What we came up with is Billet 6061-T6 connectors anodized black for corrosion resistance, and 6-ply silicone molded silicone hoses in the factory shapes. Overview
VTT takes the S55 platform to the next level with our “GC-MAX” evolution of the record-setting GC Series. Based on everything learned from the GC / GC+ programs, GC-MAX pushes the limit of what is possible while retaining full bolt-on, factory-location packaging.
Internal flow paths have been enlarged significantly. A/R is optimized. Inlet diameter is maximized to 2.5”. Compressor is increased to 67mm. Most importantly — the turbine housing has been completely retooled to accept our 54mm G25-series turbine wheel used on the G8X S58 GC+ and F9X GC series. This turbine is the key to GC-MAX power — extremely low backpressure, rapid spool, and capability far beyond any turbine wheel of similar size.
This same wheel architecture has already pushed 1000WHP+ on S58 / S63 based applications — and has gone 9.44 @ 146mph on a stock motor / stock drivetrain G80. GC-MAX gives the F8X owner a true bolt-on 1000WHP solution without going single turbo and without losing factory response, packaging, or reliability.

The PFS POD (Planetary OverDrive) is an Overspeed gearbox for your N54/early N55 high-pressure fuel pump. Mechanical fuel pump flow potential is a function of shaft speed -spin it faster, get more fuel flow. The PFS POD allows the user to increase the shaft speed 3x, drastically increasing the output capability of a stock N54 HPFP, and avoid the issues of implementing Port Injection and/or Methanol Injection on vehicles that are targeting more power than the stock fuel system can supply.

PFS is proud to offer a true drop-in 800-1000WHP+ capable LPFP for A90/91 Toyota Supras. This LPFP needs NO additional pumps, wiring harnesses, etc etc. It will support up to 800WHP on Ethanol percentages as high as E98 and will support much higher power levels with less E content as long as you have the octane to support it. For the pump, we start with a factory bucket, we modify it extensively to accept our custom PFS Brushless fuel pump. We then re-terminate the factory wiring to accept the new pump. No wiring splices, done the same way the factory does -the right way.

The Factory B58 TU Upper Cylinder head hose is plastic and is right in the path of your charge pipe if you lose a connection and it blows off. If this does happen to you it can break the plastic neck emptying your coolant in seconds causing you in the best-case scenario to be stranded, and in the worst-case scenario expensive engine damage. This is pressed into the factory bushing and fills the voids in the bushing. This keeps the stock bushing ride compliance but removes any unwanted movement. PFS is proud to offer a true drop-in LPFP for S55-powered BMWs. This LPFP needs NO additional pumps, wiring harnesses, controllers, etc. Capability is 850whp on E85 and up to 1000whp on race fuel. We start with a factory bucket, we modify it to accept our high-flow brushless fuel pump. We then re-terminate the factory wiring to accept the new pump. No wiring splices, done the same way the factory does -the right way. Every pump is fully tested on our flow bench to ensure proper function before shipping -you're going to be installing a product that has already proven itself. This pump is a true drop-in meaning you pull the factory unit out, install this pump, plug the factory plug into the hat, and you are done. The stock ECU controls the pump fully, and NO tune changes are required to take advantage of it. Installation is easy for the DIY'er, and if you use a performance shop it'll be easy for them -just tell them to remove the old and replace it with new same as factory pump.

VTT is proud to offer a Phenolic spacer for the BMW B58 platform. When upgrading to an aluminum charge cooler you get the benefit of a better core, and more cooling capacity, but it also comes with the downside of DIRECT heat transfer from the head to the manifold which can cause heat soak and less-than-ideal IAT's even with an upgraded charge cooler. We manufacture these from G11 Expoxy sheet which has great heat and hardness characteristics, and we feel is the ideal material for this application. The thickness is 8mm.

Each driveshaft is constructed using 3.25" carbon fiber tubing, paired with NEAPCO Performance 1350 series U-joints, then bonded using a proprietary high-strength process and precision balanced to within 1/8 in-oz as a complete assembly.
Every shaft is torque tested in-house prior to shipping to ensure proper bonding and structural integrity. GCDS and VTT are among the few manufacturers that perform full torque testing on each shaft before it leaves the facility.
To complete the system, the driveshaft is paired with VTT-designed 7075 aluminum adapters, eliminating the factory guibos and unnecessary flex points. The shaft connects directly to the BMW 3-bolt front flange, while a VTT 4340 rear adapter replaces the factory slip-in / screw-retained shaft design for improved strength and reliability.

Blow-Off Valve (BOV) Kit — S63 Engine
Fits BMW F90 M5 & F91 / F92 / F93 M8 (All Trims)
Why the S63 Needs a Proper Blow-Off Valve
As capable as the S63 platform is in the F9X M5 and M8, one critical component is missing from the factory configuration: a true diverter valve (DV) or blow-off valve (BOV) to properly vent excess boost pressure during throttle lift.
From the factory, the S63 relies on Valvetronic to manage pressure relief. While this strategy works from an OEM drivability standpoint, it is not an effective method of fully venting boost pressure. Under higher load, rapid throttle closures, or tuned conditions, this can lead to compressor surge, increased stress on the turbochargers, and reduced turbocharger longevity over time.
The VTT BOV Kit adds the missing mechanical venting solution the S63 needs. By properly evacuating excess boost pressure during throttle lift, this system:

BMW damper bolts are grade 10, and Torque to Yield, meaning one-time use. This is fine for factory power levels, but when turning things up. These bolts leave a lot to be desired. We have seen damper bolts come loose, and break causing engine and crank damage, we have seen improper TQ load between bolts. The factory bolts are just not up to snuff if you plan to run above factory power levels. We are proud to offer a solution with genuine ARP 8740 Chromoly replacements at a budget-friendly price. Already have the VTT X3/4M rear diff bushing kit, and want to add the front side. This will allow you to buy it separately. Adding in the front side increases installation time, and difficulty as the diff will need to be dropped, and a tool will need to be used to press in the front side bushing Kit includes:
- Front side bushing which will work in conjunction with the rear side to fully lock down the bushing. (Requires the diff to be lowered, and the insert pressed into the front)
All products that are designed to stiffen or reduce drivetrain movement inherently have the tendency to increase NVH or Noise, Harness, or vibration. While these bushings inserts have been found to add little NVH in most instances. Your results and sensitivity to NVH may vary. This product is designed to reduce drivetrain movement, and that was the goal when designing and manufacturing this product. Returns for NVH are not accepted once products are installed.

VTT noticed a hole in the E9X M3 market for a high-quality, lightweight, NVH-friendly, and easy-to-install Diff Lock Down kit. So we did something about it and went to work on a very innovative design that 100% positively locks the diff down from movement, while shielding it from adding a ton of NVH, and can be used with the stock diff, and subframe bushings. This design uses existing mounting points on the vehicle, you do NOT have to remove the subframe or the Diff to install. Simply lower the diff to access the front cover, drill one hole in the subframe slightly bigger, install an M12 riv-nut, and install the lockdown. A typical install can be 1-2 hours for someone who is experienced working on vehicles. You WILL need a Riv-nut tool to install the Riv-nut, we provide a link below for what we recommend on Amazon. Looking for a head gasket for your BMW that will hold ALL of the boost? So were we, and nothing we tried worked. So we took matters into our own hands and had what we wanted made. These gaskets are made out of carbon material, and use stainless steel fire rings to ensure you are not pushing boost into your water jacket or between cylinders. There are two versions:
- One does NOT require a groove to be cut into the block
- One DOES require a groove to be machined into the block to accept the fire ring.
- Custom made to our specs from Carbon material that will form your head/deck, and seal oil/water passages while fire rings, keep boost in the combustion chamber
- FULLY tested in-house on multiple builds to ensure boost level can be achieved
- They are NOT like the other fire ring gaskets on the marker (SCE/Athena) that do not require machine work, we had zero luck with those. THESE FLAT OUT WORK!

VTT is proud to announce the first of our upcoming carbon fiber product line. The BMW S58 G8X M3/4 Carbon fiber intakes! BMW did a wonderful job designing these intakes and we have found they are only slightly restrictive at elevated power levels, mostly due to the secondary filter inside, and the factory paper filter. Beware of companies selling expensive intake systems, or cone set up, with a single dyno comparison claiming big gains. The factory setup is EXTREMELY efficient with only a couple of small changes. With this in mind, we decided to just take their cues, and make factory-style carbon fiber intake tops with no secondary filters, and high flow cotton pre-oiled filters. These are 8 layers of 100% carbon not a single layer wrapped over plastic and they are 1.3MM thick with our logo vacuum printed onto the tops, with a UV resistant gloss clear coating. This is not only strong but will resist discoloration for an extended period of time. The filters themselves are made with a heat-resistant silicone base, a high-flowing cotton weave element with a pre-oiled design to catch contaminates but allow free flow.

While BMW did a beautiful job on the F9X X3/4M's they sure decided to get cheap out on the strut bars. Ugly steel bars with no real pop or aesthetically pleasing qualities seem like an afterthought to such a well-thought-out car. Well, here at VTT we decided to do something about it, and immediately took our bars off, and let our engineers go to work on a solution. What they came up with is beautiful, and functional. 100% CNc machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized in a variety of colors The result adds a gorgeous look to your X3/4M engine bay, and what BMW should have done from the factory. VTT-FAB is proud to offer the premiere top-mount single turbo system for the BMW G-Series and Toyota A91 B58 platforms. This kit is 100% made in the USA at our Hayward, CA facility, using only the highest-quality materials and components.
At the core is a hand-fabricated equal-length 321 stainless steel manifold with billet flanges, designed for maximum flow, durability, and that signature 6-into-1 turbo sound. The system is paired with our factory-controlled external wastegate setup, featuring a Turbosmart 60mm Straight Gate. This innovative design allows full external gate control through the OEM ECU — no additional boxes, MAC solenoids, or vacuum/boost lines required. Simply reuse your factory actuator with our adapter for seamless, plug-and-play control from 0 PSI all the way up to your turbo’s limits.
Unlike other kits, the VTT-FAB system uses no silicone couplers. Instead, we provide VTT-FAB HD clamps to eliminate the risk of blown boost hoses under extreme load.

VTT, in collaboration with Performance Fueling Solutions (PFS), is proud to introduce the PFS EBS — External Brushless System.
The EBS is a fully stand-alone, next-generation brushless fuel system available in both platform-specific and universal fitments. Built around state-of-the-art Protec brushless pump technology, this system is capable of supporting up to 2,500 HP on ethanol-based fuels — and even more on gasoline or ethanol blends.
With its compact 15" x 10" footprint and ultra-lightweight construction, the PFS EBS is engineered for performance without compromise. The complete system — including pumps, surge tank, FPR, controllers, and wiring harness — weighs in at under 10 lbs (dry), thanks to a carbon fiber mounting plate and carefully chosen lightweight materials.

VTT 2019+ BMW G2X Carbon Fiber Intake Lids
VTT is proud to offer carbon fiber intake lids for 2019+ BMW G2X platforms and the Toyota Supra.
BMW did an excellent job designing the factory intake system, and through testing we’ve found it is only mildly restrictive at elevated power levels. With that in mind, we chose to build on BMW’s original design rather than reinvent it—creating a factory-style carbon fiber intake lid paired with a high-flow, reusable cotton filter that maintains stock appearance while improving airflow.
Unlike cosmetic carbon pieces, these intake lids are constructed from 8 full layers of 100% carbon fiber, not a single cosmetic layer wrapped over plastic. Each lid is 1.3 mm thick, vacuum-formed with our VTT logo embedded into the carbon, and finished with a UV-resistant high-gloss clear coat to prevent yellowing and discoloration over time.
The optional high-flow filter features a heat-resistant silicone base and a pre-oiled cotton weave element, designed to capture contaminants while maintaining excellent airflow. Filters are fully serviceable and reusable, eliminating the need for replacements.
