Bedding Procedure – CRITICAL

Brake pads must be properly bedded to achieve full braking performance.

Failure to properly bed pads may result in:

  • 30–50% braking effectiveness

  • Pad glazing

If glazing occurs:

  • Remove rotors

  • Sand pads

  • Re-bed properly
