Looking to get rid of the troublesome and expensive DI injectors on your BMW N54 and move to PI only and a standalone? If so VTT has you covered with its new N54 PI delete kit. This kit allows you to SAFELY remove the DI injectors, install our delete fittings, and run PI only. We machined these deletes from 310 Stainless for extreme heat, and corrosion resistance, and include 3 hold downs. These DI deletes COMPLETELY get rid of all factory provisions, including the seal. If the seal is left intact with no fuel to cool the injector or delete it will quickly overheat and melt the delicate seal causing combustion gasses to escape the engine creating misfires, and worse possibly damaging your injector bore on the cylinder head.

Our deletes are machined to be a press fit into the cylinder, and can be either cooled with liquid nitrogen, and dropped in, or tapped in with a hammer, and then held down with the included hold downs. We also include M6 tapped holes on the top of each one in case they need to be removed you can attach a slide hammer, and remove the delete.

These are sold as a kit and come with the following

VTT N54 Vacuum pump block off plate

Looking to remove the HPFP or DI system on your N54? This plate will block the vacuum pump and prevent oil leaks. You will need to remove any fuel lines, etc.
