CHRA HIGH-SPEED VSR Balancing Service

Description

Unsure of the state of your CHRA’s, whether brand new from a questionable source or rebuilt? DON’T install them without having a proper High-Speed balance done! This is the #1 most critical factor when building a turbocharger, and is even more important for performance turbochargers or small twins that see a LOT of RPM. We use a Turbo Technics VS3 balancer, and balance most units down to under .5G

Not all turbos will be able to pass a high-speed balancing test for any number of reasons (usually poor assembly, bent shaft, etc), if they will not pass, we will send you the specs they are in, and as close as we could get them. We then will give you the option to send them back, or we can disassemble, and rebuild them in-house using our other balancing, and assembly tools to ensure a properly built/balanced unit.

The service is $79.99 each for most turbos, and we have the capabilities to balance most units including. If sending in twins please choose TWO as the quantity

UNITS MUST BE SENT IN WITH NO HOUSINGS, AND IN A CONDITION READY TO BE BALANCED, IF YOU NEED TO SEND IN COMPLETE TURBOS, WE CAN DISASSEMBLE, AND BALANCE FOR YOU, BUT AN EXTRA CHARGE WILL APPLY. IF THE UNITS ARE SENT IN A CONDITION WHERE THEY CAN NOT BE BALANCED WE WILL LET YOU KNOW THE PRICE TO GET THEM TO A STATE WHERE THEY CAN BE
