These mounts are designed from 6061-T6 aluminum and are made to SECURELY hold a JBL Flip version 3 - Version 6 and allows you to bring music into your race car, off-road vehicle, rock crawler, boat, basically anything that has a length of tubing this will allow you to have an easy way to have tunes without having to install and mount a stereo system. Looking to convert your 5×112 M14x1.50 VAG vehicle to 5×114.3 OR 5x120 to open up your wheel options DRAMATICALLY? We got covered with our VTT wheel spacer conversion kits. These kits are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for a long-lasting finish. We then press in 10.9 class studs, with corrosion-resistant zinc coating for years of use. The spacer then accepts either a 5x114 wheel or a 5x120 wheel. The 5x114 use M14 studs, and the 5x120 use M12 studs. All the spacers have a 57.1 bore size to fit 99% of VAG applications. PLEAS NOTE! This does not mean they fit ALL VAG applications it means the fit 57.1 bore size applications, it is your responsibility to know your bore size before ordering!

Unsure of the state of your CHRA's, whether brand new from a questionable source or rebuilt? Don't install them without having a proper High-Speed balance done! This is the #1 most critical factor when building a turbocharger, and is even more important for performance turbochargers or small twins that see a LOT of RPM. We use a Turbo Technics VS3 balancer, and balance most units down to under .5G Not all turbos will be able to pass a high-speed balancing test for any number of reasons (usually poor assembly, bent shaft, etc), if they will not pass, we will send you the specs they are in, and as close as we could get them. We then will give you the option to send them back, or we can disassemble, and rebuild them in-house using our other balancing, and assembly tools to ensure a properly built/balanced unit. The service is for most turbos, and we have the capability to balance most units, NOT ALL. If sending in twins please choose TWO as the quantity

VTT is proud to announce our 8V RS3 DSG catch can set up. Tired of DSG oil spewing all over your engine on hard launches? this kit will fix that issue at a low price and look great while doing it. What is happening is the fluid gets hot and expands there is a breather on top of the trans, and if the fluid expands enough it is pushed out of the breather up the tube, and out the vent onto your engine. This kit prevents that by allowing the fluid to be pushed up into the can while hot, and drain back into the trans once it cools down. As with our Engine catch can these use our already extremely popular modular catch can, and couples it with a custom CNC 6061 bracket, VTT -6AN to barbed fitting. Install is simple, takes about 15 minutes to an hour depending on your skill level, and requires removing the intake to gain easier access. This is the perfect complement to our RS3 engine side catch can, as they mirror each other in the engine bay. Kit Break down is as follows:

Looking to go above 31PSI on your VAG vehicle that uses SENT map sensors? If so you will need this 4-bar SENT sensor with integrated IAT. These are plug and play for most 2.5L engines including DAZA, and DNWA(US VERSION), as well as some other VAG platforms. You will need to have your tuner rescale your map for the sensor, but that is the only change needed. We offer them in pairs only, which is needed on most vehicles.

Looking to upgrade your stock throttle body elbow with a billet piece with the factory restrictions removed, and add some billet pop while doing so? The VTT Billet throttle body is what you are looking for. Machined from Billet 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum, and anodized in either Clear (Raw aluminum), Black or Red. It also comes with a matching spacer that is the proper width to ensure you can add a Turbosmart Kompact DV, and not have fitment issues. Our Spacer also used O-rings instead of a gasket to avoid having to sandwich two gaskets between the pieces. The spacer has one -6AN port, and one 1/8NPT port for various uses, Boost reference, methanol injection, etc These are a direct bolt-on for either 2017-2018, or 2019+ 8V RS3, and 8S TTRS. Please choose the model you need based on the year of your vehicle, and the color you want.

VTT is happy to announce our 4.0T Billet intakes. These intakes get rid of the restrictive factory intakes and replace them with our billet intakes which use a billet flange to connect to the turbos with full 2.5" powder-coated aluminum tubing, which is finished off with our high flow filters. These will remove improve flow and improve turbocharger efficiency. If you want to run the intakes to the stock box, you can by cutting the tubes down and removing the filters as an option which saves $50. These fit most ALL 4.0T Variants. Out of stockWith the VTT COMPLETE Catch can set up, we completely address the low AND high sides, by separating them, and running each side into its own chamber in the catch can. We do this using a custom PCV plate, that organizes the HIGH and LOW sides into nice short hose runs and uses strategically placed check valves to keep boost out of your crankcase, and in the manifold where it belongs. Our opening in the PCV plate is baffled, and the plate chambers themselves are filled with Stainless mesh to knock down any oil mist, and the catch can is also filled with this mesh. This means any oil is knocked out of the air BEFORE it gets to your intake ports or turbocharger inlet. We completely redesigned what people think of then they see an MQB catch can set up. VOLUME in the PCV system is just as important as the vacuum itself. Every set on the market runs lines across the ENTIRE engine bay, this long run, mean vacuum drop, and volume loss, this equals poor PCV operation. Our system mounts the can directly over the cold side of the turbocharger against the firewall, and the longest hose run is only a little over 9". We also use all custom CNC aluminum Banjo fittings, and Banjo Bolts, even our check valves are custom fitted into banjo Fittings. The -6 Banjo that pulls vacuum for the low side also serves as a place to run a boost tap if wanted. This makes it easy to run a boost reference for BOV, Boost gauge, 1:1 FPR reference, etc.

This system will allow BMW owners who have a vehicle with Electronic Wastegates from the factory to utilize this system to control an externally wastegated turbo system, AND it will ALSO allow ANY vehicle to use this setup to control your own custom turbo system. This is done by utilizing our custom 7075 Billet aluminum bracket coupled with a Turbosmart Straight gate, and if needed an EWG controller made for us by DCCD Pro. We retained what works within the factory layout and eliminated what doesn’t: small inlets, restrictive turbo mufflers, undersized bearing architecture, and weak thrust design. The factory IHI CHRA is replaced entirely with our proprietary center section featuring a larger turbine shaft and robust journal bearing system—significantly stronger than anything found in IS20 or IS38 stock frames.

The EBS is a fully stand-alone, next-generation brushless fuel system available in both platform-specific and universal fitments. Built around state-of-the-art Protec brushless pump technology, this system is capable of supporting up to 2,500 HP on ethanol-based fuels — and even more on gasoline or ethanol blends.
