Bedding Procedure – CRITICAL

Brake pads must be properly bedded to achieve full braking performance.

Failure to properly bed pads may result in:

• Only 30–50% braking effectiveness

• Pad glazing

If pads become glazed:

• Remove the rotors

• Sand the pads

• Re-bed properly
