The HD Spec 37 brake kit is designed for:

It is not intended for repeated high-energy braking environments such as:

• Road racing
• Time attack
• Track days
• Autocross
• Extended canyon driving

These lightweight rotors are optimized for minimizing rotating mass—not repeated thermal cycling found in road course use.

Brake Pad Bedding Procedure (Required)

Proper pad bedding is critical to achieving maximum braking performance.

Failure to correctly bed the brake pads may result in:

• Reduced braking performance (30–50% of potential)
• Pad glazing
• Rotor material transfer issues
• Increased stopping distances

If pad glazing occurs:

1. Remove the brake pads.
2. Lightly sand the pad surface.
3. Reinstall the pads.
4. Perform the complete bedding procedure again.
