Are you building a single kit for the N54, N55, or S55 platform? The stock studs are usually a little bit short for most single-head flanges, and finding M7 studs is not easy. So we made our own longer studs to combat the issue. Made from 10.9 grade steel, and coated in black oxide, these are the perfect solution to the short stud problem. If running a Tial BOV on your N54 instead of the TurboSmart Raceport you want to run the black spring. This will provide you with the most complete vent, and eliminate any chance for flutter/surge.

We are happy to release our BMW B54/N55 (Limited N55 Fitment) vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the Throttle Body fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose options, 1/4" barb, as well as 1/8NPT plugs if you only want one barb, etc. These are perfect for running your PI off manifold pressure which is much more accurate than charge pipe, and they are also great for BOV running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do. They are made from 6061-T6 anodized black, with steel plugs, and Blue Anodized barbed fittings. You can choose to order in a few ways. You can choose straight or 90-degree barbs. A well-known issue on the N54 and early N55 engines with hydraulic power steering is the factory plastic pulley. These pulleys are notorious for either contacting the subframe or simply failing on their own. When that happens, the serpentine belt can be thrown off, leaving you stranded. Worse yet, if the engine is run with the belt off, there’s a high chance of the belt being sucked into the motor through the front crank seal — a failure that can lead to catastrophic engine damage.

Looking to convert your 5×120 or 5x112 vehicle to 5x114.3 wheels, or 5x120 wheels, and open up your wheel options DRAMATICALLY? We got covered with our VTT wheel spacer conversion kits. These kits are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for a long-lasting finish. We then press in 10.9 class studs, with corrosion-resistant zinc coating for years of use. The spacer then accepts either a 5x114 wheel or a 5x120 wheel. The 5x114 use M14 studs, and the 5x120 use M12 studs. All the spacers have either a 66.6mm or 72.6mm Hub bore size to fit 99% of BMW applications.

Do you work on a lot of BMW engines from various platforms? Do you ever struggle with heavy cylinder heads, either lifting off the engine or simply moving around? Ever ruined an EXPENSIVE multi-layer head gasket while trying to install a cylinder head due to no secure way to hold it without two people? We answered yes to all of those things, and came up with a tool for anyone that works on BMWs often, and needs a way to simply, and easily remove/install, or simply move around a cylinder head. VTT BILLET BMW N54/55 Crank Seal Guard.
It is a well-known issue on the BMW N54/N55/S55 platforms that your serpentine belt can fail for various reasons, when this happens you have a high chance of the belt getting sucked behind the front damper, and then being pushed past the crank seal into your oil pan. From there it can get sucked into the oil pick up causing total engine failure, even if you do not lose the engine it is a COSTLY repair to remove the sub-frame and drop the oil pan to remove the belt. The best way to combat this is to watch for oil leaks and keep up on your maintenance. BUT Even with those preventative measures, pre-mature belt failure can occur. This crank seal guard installs over your front crank seal and will keep the belt from being sucked in if a belt failure does occur. This is a cheap way to ensure you do not end up having to replace your motor from oil starvation due to an ingested belt. -

Our ignition coil program began with extensive outreach to multiple OEM and aftermarket coil manufacturers. We commissioned individual prototype coils, then subjected them to rigorous, repeatable testing in the United States to ensure they matched or exceeded factory performance standards.
Only the highest-performing designs were selected and produced to VTT’s exact specifications and colorways. These are not rebranded or cosmetic coils—each set is performance-validated.

Looking to up your boost limit on just about any BMW vehicle that runs a 3 or 4-wire BMW map sensor including but not limited to S58, B58, N54, N55, S55, S63, B48, B47, B42, B57, B46? We were too, so we decided to make a very easy plug-and-play kit for 3, and 4-wire BMW map sensors. These kits will allow you to completely replace the 3-wire sensor with one of our sensors, leave your stock 4-wire in place for IAT sensing, and move the power, ground, and sensor signal from the factory sensor to our sensor. These sensors have the proper scaling which will allow your tuner to simply change your map sensor scaling in the tune, and the factory ECU will be able to utilize the sensor voltage with no problem. We are offering these in 5 bar (58 psi), and 6 bar (72 psi), and each comes with a plug-and-play harness, and optional fittings for ease of installation.
Note: For the S58/B58 our Factory style Pre-Throttle map sensor is also 5 bar, and will work fine coupled with the post throttle kit, but the scaling is different, if you want matching Voltages Pre/Post throttle you can run two of these.

Looking to get the most efficient turbocharger operation out of your N54-powered BMW? The best way to do this is to remove all restrictions from the inlet and charge the tract. The factory charge pipe has a very small 1" opening and a poorly designed Y section that couples the two banks into one before entering the intercooler. This VTT N54 Aluminum outlet gets rid of those restrictions and provides a full 1.5" from the turbochargers to a smooth Y transition into a 2.5" outlet to fit most aftermarket intercoolers. Do not be fooled by companies trying to sell you oversized 2" charge pipes, these are not going to pick up any power, and will kill velocity. The smallest diameter you can run while still providing adequate flow is always best for flow velocity and reducing time to TQ.

The N54 engine has long been known for ignition-related issues with factory coils. While several aftermarket solutions exist, many are bulky, visually unappealing, or unnecessarily complex. Even factory-style upgrades such as S55 coils—or upgraded N54 coils—while effective, still fall short of what the BMW B58 ignition system can deliver.
The BMW B58 ignition coil is exceptionally robust, capable of reliably supporting well over 1,000 WHP with no issues. This makes it the ideal solution for high-performance N54 applications. Our kit delivers that performance in a true plug-and-play, affordable package that installs like stock—and looks incredible doing it.

Looking to get rid of the troublesome and expensive DI injectors on your BMW N54 and move to PI only and a standalone? If so VTT has you covered with its new N54 PI delete kit. This kit allows you to SAFELY remove the DI injectors, install our delete fittings, and run PI only. We machined these deletes from 310 Stainless for extreme heat, and corrosion resistance, and include 3 hold downs. These DI deletes COMPLETELY get rid of all factory provisions, including the seal. If the seal is left intact with no fuel to cool the injector or delete it will quickly overheat and melt the delicate seal causing combustion gasses to escape the engine creating misfires, and worse possibly damaging your injector bore on the cylinder head. Our deletes are machined to be a press fit into the cylinder, and can be either cooled with liquid nitrogen, and dropped in, or tapped in with a hammer, and then held down with the included hold downs. We also include M6 tapped holes on the top of each one in case they need to be removed you can attach a slide hammer, and remove the delete. These are sold as a kit and come with the following

VTT is proud to offer a truly plug-and-play line lock kit for select BMW vehicles that does NOT require running wiring inside the car, mounted switches, holes in the dash, etc. Our newly designed and released line lock kits use a 40amp wireless remote control switch with 4 different modes that allow you to tailor your line lock setup exactly as you prefer. You simply install the solenoids, install the harness with the switch which has all the wiring terminated, bleed the brakes, and you are ready for effortless burnouts which will not be interfered with by the DME because you are holding the brakes, nor wear your rear brake pads. You can store the remote anywhere in your vehicle, center console, cup holder, door cup holder, etc., and when you need to do a burnout to heat your race tires it's in arm's reach without running any wiring into the vehicle. Fitment is confirmed for G8X M3/4, A9X Supra - The kit itself including lines, solenoids, etc will fit most all late model BMW Chassis including F8X, F3X, G2X, etc. The main concern will be mounting the wireless switch in the passenger cowl area. The PFS POD (Planetary OverDrive) is an Overspeed gearbox for your N54/early N55 high-pressure fuel pump. Mechanical fuel pump flow potential is a function of shaft speed -spin it faster, get more fuel flow. The PFS POD allows the user to increase the shaft speed 3x, drastically increasing the output capability of a stock N54 HPFP, and avoid the issues of implementing Port Injection and/or Methanol Injection on vehicles that are targeting more power than the stock fuel system can supply.

VTT Carbon Fiber Driveshaft for BMW Applications
Why overpay for a carbon fiber BMW driveshaft?
VTT is proud to offer a premium carbon fiber driveshaft manufactured exclusively for VTT in the USA by GCDS (Gulf Coast Driveshaft) — one of the premier driveshaft manufacturers in the country with extensive experience in high-performance and drag racing applications.
Each driveshaft is constructed using 3.31" carbon fiber tubing, paired with NEAPCO Performance 1350 series U-joints, then bonded using a proprietary high-strength process and precision balanced to within 1/8 in-oz as a complete assembly.
Every shaft is torque tested in-house prior to shipping to ensure proper bonding and structural integrity. GCDS and VTT are among the few manufacturers that perform full torque testing on each shaft before it leaves the facility.
To complete the system, the driveshaft is paired with VTT-designed 7075 aluminum adapters, eliminating the factory guibos and unnecessary flex points. The shaft connects directly to the BMW 3-bolt front flange, while a VTT 4340 rear adapter replaces the factory slip-in / screw-retained shaft design for improved strength and reliability.

This is an all-new take on the VTT N54 “GC” turbocharger, using 100% new parts throughout that is pure performance. Some of the new groundbreaking features include: All turbine side parts are now fully cast from 310 Stainless Steel for increased temperature resistance, and ultimate corrosion resistance. We also fully redesigned the turbine housing -the F-RB's have a much larger volute as well as a proprietary AR which will dramatically increase flow capacity, helping to eliminate stress on the turbine wheel. Fully redesigned compressor housings which now include V-band OR Hose Barb connection options (while our current stock of hose barb connections last). The CHRA’s are redesigned with new compressor wheels, bullet nuts, and better internal parts. These are new turbochargers from the compressor housing to the bearing housing, to the turbine housing, we had them engineered to fit in the stock N54 location, but provide the full flow of a much larger turbo, and providing a flow increase over the V2 “GC”.
With this all-new design, there is no other 850WHP capable turbocharger option on the market single or twins that can match the spool, ease of fitment, power, reliability, OR price of our GC “F-RB” turbochargers!
