VTT Head Port Block-Off Kit
The VTT Head Port Block-Off Kit is designed to seal the built-in ports in the cylinder head that utilize engine vacuum to clear the low-side PCV system. This factory setup can draw oil into the intake manifold, leading to valve carbon buildup and other unwanted issues.

Looking to get rid of the troublesome and expensive DI injectors on your BMW N54 and move to PI only and a standalone? If so VTT has you covered with its new N54 PI delete kit. This kit allows you to SAFELY remove the DI injectors, install our delete fittings, and run PI only. We machined these deletes from 310 Stainless for extreme heat, and corrosion resistance, and include 3 hold downs. These DI deletes COMPLETELY get rid of all factory provisions, including the seal. If the seal is left intact with no fuel to cool the injector or delete it will quickly overheat and melt the delicate seal causing combustion gasses to escape the engine creating misfires, and worse possibly damaging your injector bore on the cylinder head. Our deletes are machined to be a press fit into the cylinder, and can be either cooled with liquid nitrogen, and dropped in, or tapped in with a hammer, and then held down with the included hold downs. We also include M6 tapped holes on the top of each one in case they need to be removed you can attach a slide hammer, and remove the delete. These are sold as a kit and come with the following
- 6 - 310 Stainless DI Delete fittings
- 3 - Hold down brackets

We didn't either, which is why we machined these high-quality billet tees to solve this issue. Machine from 6061-T6 aluminum, and anodized in black for a long-lasting corrosion-free finish, these tees look great, and will you never have to worry about one failing. We offer them in two sizes, each size has 12mm legs and 3 barbs:

Looking to up your boost limit on just about any BMW vehicle that runs a 3 or 4-wire BMW map sensor including but not limited to S58, B58, N54, N55, S55, S63, B48, B47, B42, B57, B46? We were too, so we decided to make a very easy plug-and-play kit for 3, and 4-wire BMW map sensors. These kits will allow you to completely replace the 3-wire sensor with one of our sensors, leave your stock 4-wire in place for IAT sensing, and move the power, ground, and sensor signal from the factory sensor to our sensor. These sensors have the proper scaling which will allow your tuner to simply change your map sensor scaling in the tune, and the factory ECU will be able to utilize the sensor voltage with no problem. We are offering these in 5 bar (58 psi), and 6 bar (72 psi), and each comes with a plug-and-play harness, and optional fittings for ease of installation.
Note: For the S58/B58 our Factory style Pre-Throttle map sensor is also 5 bar, and will work fine coupled with the post throttle kit, but the scaling is different, if you want matching Voltages Pre/Post throttle you can run two of these.

VTT N54 Billet Center Feed Intake Manifold
VTT is proud to introduce our ground-up engineered N54 Billet Center Feed Intake Manifold—not a rebadged sheet metal clone like others on the market. This is a purpose-built manifold designed for performance, utility, and seamless integration.
Through advanced CAE/Multiphysics simulations under both steady and unsteady state conditions, we’ve delivered a manifold that not only outflows the OEM unit but also installs with zero compromises. No need for custom charge pipes or modified throttle body harnesses—bolt it on and go.
Real-world testing on a 570WHP stock-motor F-RB Lite turbo car yielded 20–30WHP gains with no tuning changes, especially at the top of the RPM range—where it counts most. Expect even greater results with ported heads, high-lift cams, or higher-output builds.

The PFS POD (Planetary OverDrive) is an Overspeed gearbox for your N54/early N55 high-pressure fuel pump. Mechanical fuel pump flow potential is a function of shaft speed -spin it faster, get more fuel flow. The PFS POD allows the user to increase the shaft speed 3x, drastically increasing the output capability of a stock N54 HPFP, and avoid the issues of implementing Port Injection and/or Methanol Injection on vehicles that are targeting more power than the stock fuel system can supply.

VTT, in collaboration with Performance Fueling Solutions (PFS), is proud to introduce the PFS EBS — External Brushless System.
The EBS is a fully stand-alone, next-generation brushless fuel system available in both platform-specific and universal fitments. Built around state-of-the-art Protec brushless pump technology, this system is capable of supporting up to 2,500 HP on ethanol-based fuels — and even more on gasoline or ethanol blends.
With its compact 15" x 10" footprint and ultra-lightweight construction, the PFS EBS is engineered for performance without compromise. The complete system — including pumps, surge tank, FPR, controllers, and wiring harness — weighs in at under 10 lbs (dry), thanks to a carbon fiber mounting plate and carefully chosen lightweight materials.
