    Looking to get the most efficient turbocharger operation out of your N54-powered BMW? The best way to do this is to remove all restrictions from the inlet and charge the tract. The factory charge pipe has a very small 1" opening and a poorly designed Y section that couples the two banks into one before entering the intercooler. This VTT N54 Aluminum outlet gets rid of those restrictions and provides a full 1.5" from the turbochargers to a smooth Y transition into a 2.5" outlet to fit most aftermarket intercoolers. Do not be fooled by companies trying to sell you oversized 2" charge pipes, these are not going to pick up any power, and will kill velocity. The smallest diameter you can run while still providing adequate flow is always best for flow velocity and reducing time to TQ.

  • We are happy to release our BMW B54/N55 (Limited N55 Fitment) vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the Throttle Body fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose options, 1/4" barb, as well as 1/8NPT plugs if you only want one barb, etc. These are perfect for running your PI off manifold pressure which is much more accurate than charge pipe, and they are also great for BOV running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do. They are made from 6061-T6 anodized black, with steel plugs, and Blue Anodized barbed fittings. You can choose to order in a few ways. You can choose straight or 90-degree barbs.     This is an all-new take on the VTT N54 “GC” turbocharger, using 100% new parts throughout that is pure performance. Some of the new groundbreaking features include: All turbine side parts are now fully cast from 310 Stainless Steel for increased temperature resistance, and ultimate corrosion resistance. We also fully redesigned the turbine housing -the F-RB's have a much larger volute as well as a proprietary AR which will dramatically increase flow capacity, helping to eliminate stress on the turbine wheel. Fully redesigned compressor housings which now include V-band OR Hose Barb connection options (while our current stock of hose barb connections last). The CHRA’s are redesigned with new compressor wheels, bullet nuts, and better internal parts.     PFS POD HPFP Upgrade

    The PFS POD (Planetary OverDrive) is an Overspeed gearbox for your N54/early N55 high-pressure fuel pump.  Mechanical fuel pump flow potential is a function of shaft speed -spin it faster, get more fuel flow.  The PFS POD allows the user to increase the shaft speed 3x, drastically increasing the output capability of a stock N54 HPFP, and avoid the issues of implementing Port Injection and/or Methanol Injection on vehicles that are targeting more power than the stock fuel system can supply.

  • VTT BILLET BMW N54/55 Crank Seal Guard.

    It is a well-known issue on the BMW N54/N55/S55 platforms that your serpentine belt can fail for various reasons, when this happens you have a high chance of the belt getting sucked behind the front damper, and then being pushed past the crank seal into your oil pan. From there it can get sucked into the oil pick up causing total engine failure, even if you do not lose the engine it is a COSTLY repair to remove the sub-frame and drop the oil pan to remove the belt. The best way to combat this is to watch for oil leaks and keep up on your maintenance. BUT Even with those preventative measures, pre-mature belt failure can occur. This crank seal guard installs over your front crank seal and will keep the belt from being sucked in if a belt failure does occur. This is a cheap way to ensure you do not end up having to replace your motor from oil starvation due to an ingested belt.

This cap does away with the weak plastic cap, and the need for a special tool for removal, while adding some pop, and color to your engine bay. These oil filter housing caps retain ALL of the factory provisions for the filter basket, including the lower pins which are important for the proper function of pressure bypass, etc. They also have cooling fins to help with oil temps. We also designed these caps to complement our Billet Oil caps, and upcoming Billet Power Steering caps, so all 3 will have the same design. We started our quest for coils by contacting multiple coil manufacturing companies, paying for individual coils to be made then putting them through rigorous testing in the USA to ensure they matched or exceeded factory output. Once we were satisfied with the testing, we had the best performing coils made to our colors and specs.   • VTT is proud to release our very own center feed N54 intake manifold.  This is NOT the SAME sheet metal manifold everyone is selling with a different logo on it, this is a ground-up design focusing on utility as well as increased flow capability. We performed CAE/Multiphysics simulation for both steady and unsteady state operating conditions in order to bring real-world performance benefits to your N54 build.  Our manifold is stronger, outflows the OEM manifold, and installs just as easily as your stock piece (no custom charge pipe or throttle body harness required).  Performance gains of 20-30WHP+ were had with no tune changes on a 570WHP stock motor F-RB lite turbo car at the top of the RPM range where it matters most for performance.  These numbers will only increase with ported heads, high lift cams, or even higher horsepower builds!
