VTT has you covered with our 100% new casting V2 “GC” turbocharger upgrade. We start by keeping the great design elements of the factory turbo and removing the not-so-great ones such as the small factory inlet area, turbo muffler on the outlet, bearing housing oil structure, thrust bearing, and anything else we saw that could be improved upon. This is not your basic IHI CHRA. We completely changed the bearing structure to an new turbine shaft, and journal bearing making it larger than anything in the IHI IS20 or IS38 family, this truly is a custom unit. We also increased the thrust assembly dramatically to deal with the increased thrust loads. With the basics covered, we stepped it up a level by adding proprietary VTT changes to the housings, A/R Ratios and finished off by having all these parts cast to OE quality. What this means for you is serious MQB power made easy; GCs are a drop-in turbocharger upgrade that supports up to 600WHP while maintaining very fast spool and all factory connections including oil, water, downpipe, and charge pipe. This turbo is perfect for the MQB owner looking to max out the factory fuel system and make their MQB more fun to drive with power to redline, as well as the customer looking to add a fuel system and push towards the 550-600WHP range. VTT 1.8/2.0 MQB COMPLETE Catch Can System
$699.00$689.99With the VTT COMPLETE Catch can set up, we completely address the low AND high sides, by separating them, and running each side into its own chamber in the catch can. We do this using a custom PCV plate, that organizes the HIGH and LOW sides into nice short hose runs and uses strategically placed check valves to keep boost out of your crankcase, and in the manifold where it belongs. Our opening in the PCV plate is baffled, and the plate chambers themselves are filled with Stainless mesh to knock down any oil mist, and the catch can is also filled with this mesh. This means any oil is knocked out of the air BEFORE it gets to your intake ports or turbocharger inlet. We completely redesigned what people think of then they see an MQB catch can set up. VOLUME in the PCV system is just as important as the vacuum itself. Every set on the market runs lines across the ENTIRE engine bay, this long run, mean vacuum drop, and volume loss, this equals poor PCV operation. Our system mounts the can directly over the cold side of the turbocharger against the firewall, and the longest hose run is only a little over 9". We also use all custom CNC aluminum Banjo fittings, and Banjo Bolts, even our check valves are custom fitted into banjo Fittings. The -6 Banjo that pulls vacuum for the low side also serves as a place to run a boost tap if wanted. This makes it easy to run a boost reference for BOV, Boost gauge, 1:1 FPR reference, etc. -

VTT is proud to offer the very best EASY-TO-INSTALL charge pipe solution for the 2013-2018 Cummins platform. This system completely does away with the restrictive, and muli-connection stock charge pipe system, and replaces it with two single 7-ply, Heat Resistant, Wire reinforced silicone charge pipes rated at over 250 psi. DON'T struggle trying to install aftermarket hard pipes with 8 clamps, and cuss-worthy space to try to squeeze them in! These are molded for the perfect fit in your engine bay, while not sacrificing anything in the way of flow or size. They also completely isolate your charge air from any additional heat soak coming in from the engine or ambient heat. The stock hot side pipes have many irregular shapes and turns causing turbulence as well as carrying heat.
