VTT is happy to offer our very unique and universal billet mount to fit any roll bar or cage with 1.5", 1.75", or 2" diameter tubing. These mounts are designed from 6061-T6 aluminum and are made to SECURELY hold a JBL Flip version 3 - Version 6 and allows you to bring music into your race car, off-road vehicle, rock crawler, boat, basically anything that has a length of tubing this will allow you to have an easy way to have tunes without having to install and mount a stereo system. They can also be used as a single mount to hold things such as a helmet, steering wheel, or anything you want to quickly hang for easy access once seated. We are happy to release our BMW B54/N55 (Limited N55 Fitment) vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the Throttle Body fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose options, 1/4" barb, as well as 1/8NPT plugs if you only want one barb, etc. These are perfect for running your PI off manifold pressure which is much more accurate than charge pipe, and they are also great for BOV running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do. They are made from 6061-T6 anodized black, with steel plugs, and Blue Anodized barbed fittings. BMW damper bolts are grade 10, and Torque to Yield, meaning one-time use. This is fine for factory power levels, but when turning things up. These bolts leave a lot to be desired. We have seen damper bolts come loose, and break causing engine and crank damage, we have seen improper TQ load between bolts. The factory bolts are just not up to snuff if you plan to run above factory power levels. We are proud to offer a solution with genuine ARP 8740 Chromoly replacements at a budget-friendly price. Looking for a way to do burnouts in your ATC13-2 Equipped Xdrive BMW that doesn't have an RWD mode such as G-Series non-M vehicles, and SUVs? We were too! VTT is proud to offer the ONLY easy-to-install, plug, and-play Xdriove controller on the market. This device will allow you to turn off, and turn on again your X-drive capability from the driver seat with a remote. While other options do exist such as X-Delete, or an in-dash gauge, one is a very slow process and is not viable to use as a way to do a burnout at the drag strip, and the other is a very expensive, AND very intrusive device that requires removal of most of the dash, and installing a gauge. Our solution takes 30 seconds to install once you gain access to the underside of the vehicle, and can be removed just as easily. Once installed, you can remotely disable your Xdrive from the driver's seat to perform your burnout, and then quickly enable it again to perform your launch with AWD active. This action does NOT require a key cycle, as soon as you activate it again the car will dismiss any lights and codes generated. This truly is the best of both worlds for ease of use, practicality, and effectiveness, all while coming at a very affordable price. This device uses a BMW plug on one end, and our custom-printed male plug on the other, for a plug, and play OEM fit. NO cutting any wires!
PLEASE NOTE: WHEN ACTIVATED YOUR DASH WILL LIGHT UP WITH CODES BECAUSE YOU ARE IN ESSENCE DISCONNECTING THE TRANSFER CASE. VTT is proud to offer the only Vanos covers on the market made from 7075 aluminum instead of the much more common 6061. We went with 7075 due to its increased tensile strength and fatigue strength. Each cover is CNC machined from a 7075 billet, anodized in black for corrosion resistance. These covers snap on and replace the factory plastic covers which are prone to failure over time. We ensure a perfect fit on our covers by going through more than 6 different sample designs to land on our final version. These covers have a very tight fit to avoid vibration or chaffing of the engagement dogs. These are the last vanos covers you will ever have to buy. It’s well known that direct-injected engines are prone to intake valve carbon buildup due to oil vapors being pulled through the factory PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) and CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) systems. While the factory design attempts to mitigate this, it falls short in fully preventing oil contamination.
This results in:
✔ Oil accumulation in the intake manifold (PCV/Low Side)
✔ Oil entering the turbochargers and charge pipes (CCV/High Side)
✔ Excess carbon buildup on intake valves

Out of stockWith the VTT COMPLETE Catch can set up, we completely address the low AND high sides, by separating them, and running each side into its own chamber in the catch can. We do this using a custom PCV plate, that organizes the HIGH and LOW sides into nice short hose runs and uses strategically placed check valves to keep boost out of your crankcase, and in the manifold where it belongs. Our opening in the PCV plate is baffled, and the plate chambers themselves are filled with Stainless mesh to knock down any oil mist, and the catch can is also filled with this mesh. This means any oil is knocked out of the air BEFORE it gets to your intake ports or turbocharger inlet. We completely redesigned what people think of then they see an MQB catch can set up. VOLUME in the PCV system is just as important as the vacuum itself. Every set on the market runs lines across the ENTIRE engine bay, this long run, mean vacuum drop, and volume loss, this equals poor PCV operation. Our system mounts the can directly over the cold side of the turbocharger against the firewall, and the longest hose run is only a little over 9". We also use all custom CNC aluminum Banjo fittings, and Banjo Bolts, even our check valves are custom fitted into banjo Fittings. The -6 Banjo that pulls vacuum for the low side also serves as a place to run a boost tap if wanted. This makes it easy to run a boost reference for BOV, Boost gauge, 1:1 FPR reference, etc.

This system will allow BMW owners who have a vehicle with Electronic Wastegates from the factory to utilize this system to control an externally wastegated turbo system, AND it will ALSO allow ANY vehicle to use this setup to control your own custom turbo system. This is done by utilizing our custom 7075 Billet aluminum bracket coupled with a Turbosmart Straight gate, and if needed an EWG controller made for us by DCCD Pro. This allows direct external wastegate control over any turbocharger system with or without EWG for the factory. Features:

VTT is proud to announce the first of our upcoming carbon fiber product line. The BMW S58 G8X M3/4 Carbon fiber intakes! BMW did a wonderful job designing these intakes and we have found they are only slightly restrictive at elevated power levels, mostly due to the secondary filter inside, and the factory paper filter. Beware of companies selling expensive intake systems, or cone set up, with a single dyno comparison claiming big gains. The factory setup is EXTREMELY efficient with only a couple of small changes. With this in mind, we decided to just take their cues, and make factory-style carbon fiber intake tops with no secondary filters, and high flow cotton pre-oiled filters. These are 8 layers of 100% carbon not a single layer wrapped over plastic and they are 1.3MM thick with our logo vacuum printed onto the tops, with a UV resistant gloss clear coating. This is not only strong but will resist discoloration for an extended period of time. The filters themselves are made with a heat-resistant silicone base, a high-flowing cotton weave element with a pre-oiled design to catch contaminates but allow free flow.

The PFS POD (Planetary OverDrive) is an Overspeed gearbox for your N54/early N55 high-pressure fuel pump. Mechanical fuel pump flow potential is a function of shaft speed -spin it faster, get more fuel flow. The PFS POD allows the user to increase the shaft speed 3x, drastically increasing the output capability of a stock N54 HPFP, and avoid the issues of implementing Port Injection and/or Methanol Injection on vehicles that are targeting more power than the stock fuel system can supply.
