VTT B58/S58 Head Port Block-Off / Built Check Valve Kit
The VTT B58/S58 Head Port Block-Off / Check Valve Kit is designed to either seal off or convert the factory head ports used by the OEM low-side PCV system. These ports in the cylinder head utilize engine vacuum to evacuate crankcase gases — but in the process, can allow oil to enter the intake manifold, leading to valve carbon buildup and other performance issues over time.
This kit provides two configuration options:

Block-Off Version – Completely seals the factory head ports to prevent oil intrusion and unwanted vacuum leaks.

Billet Check Valve Version – Converts the head ports into a robust internal PCV system using precision-engineered check valves. These one-way valves allow vacuum to function as intended while blocking boost pressure from entering the crankcase or charge tract.
By bypassing the factory PCV valve in the valve cover, the VTT kit replaces it with an improved three-valve internal system integrated directly into the cylinder head. This design improves reliability, simplifies plumbing, and ensures consistent crankcase pressure management — critical for both stock and high-performance B58/S58 applications. This kit does NOT require any tapping, meaning no metal to get into the engine etc. You simply tap the plugs or check valves into place.

Looking to up your boost limit on just about any BMW vehicle that runs a 3 or 4-wire BMW map sensor including but not limited to S58, B58, N54, N55, S55, S63, B48, B47, B42, B57, B46? We were too, so we decided to make a very easy plug-and-play kit for 3, and 4-wire BMW map sensors. These kits will allow you to completely replace the 3-wire sensor with one of our sensors, leave your stock 4-wire in place for IAT sensing, and move the power, ground, and sensor signal from the factory sensor to our sensor. These sensors have the proper scaling which will allow your tuner to simply change your map sensor scaling in the tune, and the factory ECU will be able to utilize the sensor voltage with no problem. We are offering these in 5 bar (58 psi), and 6 bar (72 psi), and each comes with a plug-and-play harness, and optional fittings for ease of installation.
Note: For the S58/B58 our Factory style Pre-Throttle map sensor is also 5 bar, and will work fine coupled with the post throttle kit, but the scaling is different, if you want matching Voltages Pre/Post throttle you can run two of these.

If this does happen to you it can break the plastic neck emptying your coolant in seconds causing you in the best-case scenario to be stranded, and in the worst-case scenario expensive engine damage. VTT is proud to announce our Modular Silicone/Billet Intake System for the A90/91 Toyota Supra with the B58TU engine.
After countless hours of testing and fitting, we’ve engineered an intake that delivers both optimized airflow and OEM-level fitment.
Why Upgrade?
The factory Supra airbox is efficient, but the intake tract to the turbo is a problem area. It’s full of twists, turns, and accordion bellows that disrupt airflow, plus a built-in silencer that restricts performance by bypassing air simply to quiet intake sound.
By replacing these with our 3"–3.5" free-flowing silicone intake tube, paired with your choice of:

Our 6" cone filter with built-in velocity stack (for maximum airflow and sound), or

Our Carbon Fiber Airbox Lid with high-flow panel filter,

VTT is proud to offer a Phenolic spacer for the BMW B58 platform. When upgrading to an aluminum charge cooler you get the benefit of a better core, and more cooling capacity, but it also comes with the downside of DIRECT heat transfer from the head to the manifold which can cause heat soak and less-than-ideal IAT's even with an upgraded charge cooler. We manufacture these from G11 Expoxy sheet which has great heat and hardness characteristics, and we feel is the ideal material for this application. The thickness is 8mm.

Looking for a head gasket for your BMW that will hold ALL of the boost? So were we, and nothing we tried worked. So we took matters into our own hands and had what we wanted made. These gaskets are made out of carbon material, and use stainless steel fire rings to ensure you are not pushing boost into your water jacket or between cylinders. There are two versions:
- One does NOT require a groove to be cut into the block
- One DOES require a groove to be machined into the block to accept the fire ring.
- Custom made to our specs from Carbon material that will form your head/deck, and seal oil/water passages while fire rings, keep boost in the combustion chamber
- FULLY tested in-house on multiple builds to ensure boost level can be achieved
- They are NOT like the other fire ring gaskets on the marker (SCE/Athena) that do not require machine work, we had zero luck with those. THESE FLAT OUT WORK!
- Choose non-machined or machined version
- Different thicknesses are available as a custom order (4-8 week lead time)

VTT is proud to offer 2020+ Toyota Supra Carbon fiber intake lids. BMW did a wonderful job designing these intakes and we have found they are only slightly restrictive at elevated power levels. With this in mind, we decided to just take their cues, and make a factory-style carbon fiber intake top with a high-flow cotton pre-oiled filter. These are 8 layers of 100% carbon, not a single layer wrapped over plastic, and they are 1.3MM thick with our logo vacuum printed onto the tops, with a UV-resistant gloss clear coating. This is not only strong but will resist discoloration for an extended period of time. The filters themselves are made with a heat-resistant silicone base, a high-flowing cotton weave element with a pre-oiled design to catch contaminates but allow free flow.
