Ready to take your 6.7 Cummins to the next level without dealing with core charges, long lead times, or restrictive factory housings? VTT has you covered with our 100% new casting GC turbocharger upgrade.
We retained the best aspects of the factory Cummins turbo design while eliminating key limitations—such as outdated 12-blade turbine wheels, restrictive turbine housings, and cast compressor wheels. In their place, we’ve implemented modern aero advancements, including a billet cobalt VGT nozzle for increased durability and long service life.
Many assume the compressor wheel is the primary factor in power production. While it plays a role, the turbine wheel is the true driver of turbocharger flow and performance—including blade count, aero design, and efficiency.
By replacing the outdated 12-blade turbine with an advanced 9-blade Inconel turbine featuring modern aero and weight-reduction cutouts, the GC turbo delivers:
- Stock-like spool characteristics
- Significantly increased flow capacity
- Up to 700 WHP capability with proper supporting mods
We then take it further with proprietary VTT design enhancements and OE-quality castings, resulting in a true drop-in turbocharger capable of serious performance for towing, sled pulling, or street use—while maintaining factory fitment across all connections.

VTT is proud to introduce our Billet Valve Cover for 2007–2020 6.7L Cummins engines. Designed for truck owners who want to eliminate the failure-prone factory crankcase filter and plastic valve cover, this high-performance replacement delivers strength, style, and superior crankcase ventilation.
The factory setup is known to crack, leak, and allow excessive crankcase pressure. Our billet aluminum valve cover fixes those issues while cleaning up your engine bay and providing modular ventilation options. You can route a hose under the truck for vent-to-atmosphere operation or pair it with our VTT Billet Catch Can for maximum filtration and oil control.

VTT is happy to introduce the first and only available plug-and-play ONE-WAY crankcase breather kit for the 2007-202 6.7 Cummins applications. Looking to add some airflow to your 2007.5-2018 Cummins diesel? This is the mod for you. This gets rid of the restrictive failure-prone Heater delete grid, and offers a billet anodized plate in its place. This gets rid of the factory restriction, and possible dreaded bolt dropping into the cylinder. The delete plate is machined from solid 6061-T6 in 4 different colors and has the stand offs as PART of the plate. This costs more to machine but means you are not trying to hold stand off and line up bolts at the same time, which can be a cuss-worthy endeavor. The kit includes:

VTT is proud to offer our billet replacement for the factory plastic Power steering cap. This cap does away with the weak plastic cap while adding some pop, and color to your engine bay. These Power Steering caps retain ALL of the factory provisions. We also designed these caps to complement our Cummins Billet Oil caps, and Cummin Brake Reservoir Caps, so all 3 will have the same design. We offer these caps in 5 colors - Red, Black, Blue, Gold and Clear anodize

VTT is proud to offer our billet replacement for the factory plastic brake Reservoir cap. This cap does away with the weak plastic cap while adding some pop, and color to your engine bay. These brake caps retain ALL of the factory provisions by simply allowing you to install the factory expansion rubber We also designed these caps to complement our Cummins Billet Oil caps, and Billet Power Steering caps and so all 3 will have the same design. We offer these caps in 5 colors - Red, Black, Blue, Gold, and Clear anodized
Fitment includes 99% of all Dodge platforms with a coolant Reservoir tank from the late 90's forward, meaning then fit even the brand New 2022 Cummins, all the way back to the Gen 2, etc. If your Dodge is late 90's or newer this cap most likely will fit

VTT is proud to offer the very best EASY-TO-INSTALL charge pipe solution for the 2013-2018 Cummins platform. This system completely does away with the restrictive, and muli-connection stock charge pipe system, and replaces it with two single 7-ply, Heat Resistant, Wire reinforced silicone charge pipes rated at over 250 psi. DON'T struggle trying to install aftermarket hard pipes with 8 clamps, and cuss-worthy space to try to squeeze them in! These are molded for the perfect fit in your engine bay, while not sacrificing anything in the way of flow or size. They also completely isolate your charge air from any additional heat soak coming in from the engine or ambient heat. The stock hot side pipes have many irregular shapes and turns causing turbulence as well as carrying heat.

VTT is proud to offer our billet replacement for the factory plastic Fuel fill, and DEF fill caps. These caps do away with the weak plastic caps, and are precision machined from 6061-T6, then anodized in Blue and Green. These are direct-fit caps and completely replace the factory caps. The fuel fill cap has a rare earth magnet which allows you to stick the cap to the fuel door hinge while filling up to keep it secure. The DEF fill cap allows you to connect it t the plastic strap so it does not get lost. Caps are available as a pair or separately

Our "Max-Flow" Air Horn gets rid of the restrictive factory air horn and opens up 100%+ more flow to your engine (flows similar to a Banks Monster Ram). Whether you are just trying to make your stock truck run better or free up much-needed flow with an upgraded truck this is the upgrade for you. We made some great changes to the horn including adding an Us-Made Viton Oring instead of a gasket so you no longer have to try to line up the gasket and the bolts when installing the new air horn which can be a cuss-worthy endeavor, as well as the features below. VTT is happy to offer our very unique and universal billet mount to fit any roll bar or cage with 1.5", 1.75", or 2" diameter tubing. These mounts are designed from 6061-T6 aluminum and are made to SECURELY hold a JBL Flip version 3 - Version 6 and allows you to bring music into your race car, off-road vehicle, rock crawler, boat, basically anything that has a length of tubing this will allow you to have an easy way to have tunes without having to install and mount a stereo system. They can also be used as a single mount to hold things such as a helmet, steering wheel, or anything you want to quickly hang for easy access once seated. For the JBL flip you will need TWO mounts, simply install them loosely, snap in your JBL Flip to get the proper spacing, and tighten down. The device is then securely mounted and can be removed easily.
