Looking to add some airflow to your 2007.5-2017 stock or modified Cummins diesel? Our “Max-Flow” Air Horn gets rid of the restrictive factory air horn and opens up 100%+ more flow to your engine (flows similar to a Banks Monster Ram). Whether you are just trying to make your stock truck run better or free up much-needed flow with an upgraded truck this is the upgrade for you. We made some great changes to the horn including adding an Us-Made Viton Oring instead of a gasket so you no longer have to try to line up the gasket and the bolts when installing the new air horn which can be a cuss-worthy endeavor, as well as the features below.

  • Stock Location fitment for plug-and-play install
  • Much less restrictive, boost pressure is increased without adding WGDC
  • Outflows the stock intake by over 100%
  • 4″ Inlet for Max-Flow Boost pipes
  • 4 1/8″ NPT ports for optimal use of Methanol or NOS
  • Integrated Viton Gasket to replace the stock gasket (eliminates having to line up the gasket)

  • This kit is not emissions compliant and is only for use for off-road or race vehicles

NOTES:

This mod WILL cause a check engine light if not tuned out, and it’s cold enough for the stock heater grid to engage. This can be tuned out easily with just about any tuner.

Cold Start Questions:

Many people ask if this upgrade will affect cold starting. The long and short answer is yes, and no. If you live in a VERY cold climate it can affect starting. We have tested this all the way down to 32 degrees F and noticed NO difference in starting quality on a 2017 3500. If you live in a sub-zero climate you may experience rougher cold starts, this is a trade-off for higher flow. Some we have heard remove the plate in the wintertime to aid in starting. This is all personal preference.
