    Are you building a single kit for the N54, N55, or S55 platform? The stock studs are usually a little bit short for most single-head flanges, and finding M7 studs is not easy. So we made our own longer studs to combat the issue. Made from 10.9 grade steel, and coated in black oxide, these are the perfect solution to the short stud problem. Sold individually so order the number you need. Stud details are as follows
    • Overall length 47mm (stock 39mm)
    • 3mm shoulder
    • 6mm head which is 5mm hex
    • 14mm short end
    • 24mm long end (stock 15mm)

Machined from 6061 billet and anodized in 3 colors, these are the perfect way to mount your Mac valve and look good while doing it. Each kit includes:

  • Unsure of the state of your CHRA's, whether brand new from a questionable source or rebuilt? DON'T install them without having a proper High-Speed balance done! This is the #1 most critical factor when building a turbocharger, and is even more important for performance turbochargers or small twins that see a LOT of RPM. We use a Turbo Technics VS3 balancer, and balance most units down to under .5G Not all turbos will be able to pass a high-speed balancing test for any number of reasons (usually poor assembly, bent shaft, etc), if they will not pass, we will send you the specs they are in, and as close as we could get them. We then will give you the option to send them back, or we can disassemble, and rebuild them in-house using our other balancing, and assembly tools to ensure a properly built/balanced unit. The service is $79.99 each for most turbos, and we have the capabilities to balance most units. If sending in twins please choose TWO as the quantity
