Are you building a single kit for the N54, N55, or S55 platform? The stock studs are usually a little bit short for most single-head flanges, and finding M7 studs is not easy. So we made our own longer studs to combat the issue. Made from 10.9 grade steel, and coated in black oxide, these are the perfect solution to the short stud problem. Sold individually so order the number you need. Stud details are as follows
- Overall length 47mm (stock 39mm)
- 3mm shoulder
- 6mm head which is 5mm hex
- 14mm short end
- 24mm long end (stock 15mm)

NGK 94201 Spark Plug Set — compatible with all S58 / B58 / B48 applications, and also ideal for N54 / N55 platforms running the B58 coil upgrade.
We recommend these plugs for vehicles running 100% E85, high boost, or upgraded ignition setups. They are an excellent choice for high-performance BMW applications including N54, N55, and S55 (with B58 coils), and they also serve as a great maintenance replacement for any S58/B58/B48-powered vehicle — at a significantly better price than most options on the market.

We are happy to release our BMW B54/N55 (Limited N55 Fitment) vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the Throttle Body fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose options, 1/4" barb, as well as 1/8NPT plugs if you only want one barb, etc. These are perfect for running your PI off manifold pressure which is much more accurate than charge pipe, and they are also great for BOV running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do. They are made from 6061-T6 anodized black, with steel plugs, and Blue Anodized barbed fittings. You can choose to order in a few ways. You can choose straight or 90-degree barbs. Looking to up your boost limit on just about any BMW vehicle that runs a 3 or 4-wire BMW map sensor including but not limited to S58, B58, N54, N55, S55, S63, B48, B47, B42, B57, B46? We were too, so we decided to make a very easy plug-and-play kit for 3, and 4-wire BMW map sensors. These kits will allow you to completely replace the 3-wire sensor with one of our sensors, leave your stock 4-wire in place for IAT sensing, and move the power, ground, and sensor signal from the factory sensor to our sensor. These sensors have the proper scaling which will allow your tuner to simply change your map sensor scaling in the tune, and the factory ECU will be able to utilize the sensor voltage with no problem. We are offering these in 5 bar (58 psi), and 6 bar (72 psi), and each comes with a plug-and-play harness, and optional fittings for ease of installation.
Note: For the S58/B58 our Factory style Pre-Throttle map sensor is also 5 bar, and will work fine coupled with the post throttle kit, but the scaling is different, if you want matching Voltages Pre/Post throttle you can run two of these.

Unsure of the state of your CHRA's, whether brand new from a questionable source or rebuilt? Don't install them without having a proper High-Speed balance done! This is the #1 most critical factor when building a turbocharger, and is even more important for performance turbochargers or small twins that see a LOT of RPM. We use a Turbo Technics VS3 balancer, and balance most units down to under .5G Not all turbos will be able to pass a high-speed balancing test for any number of reasons (usually poor assembly, bent shaft, etc), if they will not pass, we will send you the specs they are in, and as close as we could get them. We then will give you the option to send them back, or we can disassemble, and rebuild them in-house using our other balancing, and assembly tools to ensure a properly built/balanced unit. The service is for most turbos, and we have the capability to balance most units, NOT ALL. If sending in twins please choose TWO as the quantity
UNITS MUST BE SENT IN WITH NO HOUSINGS, AND IN A CONDITION READY TO BE BALANCED, IF YOU NEED TO SEND IN COMPLETE TURBOS, WE CAN DISASSEMBLE, AND BALANCE FOR YOU, BUT AN EXTRA CHARGE WILL APPLY. This system will allow BMW owners who have a vehicle with Electronic Wastegates from the factory to utilize this system to control an externally wastegated turbo system, AND it will ALSO allow ANY vehicle to use this setup to control your own custom turbo system.
