This is the #1 most critical factor when building a turbocharger, and is even more important for performance turbochargers or small twins that see a LOT of RPM. We use a Turbo Technics VS3 balancer, and balance most units down to under .5G Not all turbos will be able to pass a high-speed balancing test for any number of reasons (usually poor assembly, bent shaft, etc), if they will not pass, we will send you the specs they are in, and as close as we could get them. We then will give you the option to send them back, or we can disassemble, and rebuild them in-house using our other balancing, and assembly tools to ensure a properly built/balanced unit. The 55 series of engines has notoriously had ignition problems with the factory coils, while aftermarket upgrades do exist, they can be bulky. The solution is the BMW B58 ignition coils which are extremely robust and can support well over 1000WHP with no issues. This means a plug-and-play affordable solution that fits like stock, and looks AMAZING doing so! We designed our own 6061-T6 Billet bracket in a plethora of colors including matching shades for every S55/N55 Valve Cover.     Note: Flash setting changes may be required when installing the conversion kit to ensure the proper function of the B58 coils with S55/N55 DME. This can be found in almost all flashing software settings such as MHD, Bm3, etc.

This is useful for people who do not want dealers, techs, etc from accessing their OBD port, and possibly changing a tune, etc. This is also perfect for anti-theft prevention as it will not allow a would-be thief to hook up to the car's OBD port, duplicate a key, etc. The OBD-LOCK cannot be removed without physically destroying the OBD port if you do not have the proper tools. VTT uses 5 types of screw head designs for every 200 OBD-LOCKS made. This means that worldwide only 40 OBD-LOCKS are using the same head design. For each batch of 200, we redesign the screw heads meaning every batch of 200 OBD-LOCKS will use different screw heads and tools. Each OBD-LOCK sent has its head design chosen at random.   • VTT BILLET BMW N54/55 Crank Seal Guard.

    It is a well-known issue on the BMW N54/N55/S55 platforms that your serpentine belt can fail for various reasons, when this happens you have a high chance of the belt getting sucked behind the front damper, and then being pushed past the crank seal into your oil pan. From there it can get sucked into the oil pick up causing total engine failure, even if you do not lose the engine it is a COSTLY repair to remove the sub-frame and drop the oil pan to remove the belt. The best way to combat this is to watch for oil leaks and keep up on your maintenance. BUT Even with those preventative measures, pre-mature belt failure can occur. This crank seal guard installs over your front crank seal and will keep the belt from being sucked in if a belt failure does occur. This is a cheap way to ensure you do not end up having to replace your motor from oil starvation due to an ingested belt.

  • Do you work on a lot of BMW engines from various platforms? Do you ever struggle with heavy cylinder heads, either lifting off the engine or simply moving around? Ever ruined an EXPENSIVE multi-layer head gasket while trying to install a cylinder head due to no secure way to hold it without two people? We answered yes to all of those things, and came up with a tool for anyone that works on BMWs often, and needs a way to simply, and easily remove/install, or simply move around a cylinder head. These cylinder head tools are machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized in 4 colors for long-lasting corrosion resistance. They are knurled for a non-slip grip when oily or wet, and positioned so the head is balanced when lifting The Head Handler fits the following engines, N54, N55, S55, B58, S58 and we offer short extensions for installation with no cams/Cam ledges on the head, or long extensions for people that want to install or remove a head with cams still installed. (B58 only requires short extensions)

  • We are happy to release our BMW B54/N55 (Limited N55 Fitment) vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the Throttle Body fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose options, 1/4" barb, as well as 1/8NPT plugs if you only want one barb, etc. These are perfect for running your PI off manifold pressure which is much more accurate than charge pipe, and they are also great for BOV running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do. They are made from 6061-T6 anodized black, with steel plugs, and Blue Anodized barbed fittings. You can choose to order in a few ways. You can choose straight or 90-degree barbs.   • A well-known issue with the N54 and early N55 with Hydraulic power steering is the plastic pulley either hitting the subframe or simply breaking on its own. This can cause the belt to be ejected from the pulley, and leave you stranded with no serpentine belt. To top it off, if you continue to run the vehicle with the belt off, you also have a good chance of sucking the belt into the engine through the front seal. Put an end to the dreaded plastic PS pulley issues with our 100% Billet Aluminum PS pulley. We make these from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodize them in one of 4 colors (Black, Red, Blue, and Clear) for a great look, and long-lasting finish. These weigh 11Oz, very close to the weight of a stock pulley, and are lighter than the cast aluminum versions on the market.

These mounts are designed from 6061-T6 aluminum and are made to SECURELY hold a JBL Flip version 3 - Version 6 and allows you to bring music into your race car, off-road vehicle, rock crawler, boat, basically anything that has a length of tubing this will allow you to have an easy way to have tunes without having to install and mount a stereo system. They can also be used as a single mount to hold things such as a helmet, steering wheel, or anything you want to quickly hang for easy access once seated. For the JBL flip you will need TWO mounts, simply install them loosely, snap in your JBL Flip to get the proper spacing, and tighten down. You can store the remote anywhere in your vehicle, center console, cup holder, door cup holder, etc., and when you need to do a burnout to heat your race tires it's in arm's reach without running any wiring into the vehicle. Fitment is confirmed for G8X M3/4, A9X Supra - The kit itself including lines, solenoids, etc will fit most all late model BMW Chassis including F8X, F3X, G2X, etc. The main concern will be mounting the wireless switch in the passenger cowl area. The kit includes:

These kits are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for a long-lasting finish. We then press in 10.9 class studs, with corrosion-resistant zinc coating for years of use. The spacer then accepts either a 5x114 wheel or a 5x120 wheel. The 5x114 use M14 studs, and the 5x120 use M12 studs. All the spacers have either a 66.6mm or 72.6mm Hub bore size to fit 99% of BMW applications. We offer Hub-Centric adapter rings to fit other wheel bore sizes No wobble bolts or redrilling here. We offer these in 4 thicknesses 15mm, 17.5mm, 20mm, and 25mm. The studs coming out of the spacer are  40″ total length and come with Black Lugnuts. Spacers that convert to 5x120 have M12 studs, ALL others have M14x1.5
