Are you building a single kit for the N54, N55, or S55 platform? The stock studs are usually a little bit short for most single-head flanges, and finding M7 studs is not easy. So we made our own longer studs to combat the issue. Made from 10.9 grade steel, and coated in black oxide, these are the perfect solution to the short stud problem. This kit uses our already extremely popular modular catch can, and couples it with a custom CNC 6061 bracket, VTT CNC banjo fittings, VTT 5 ply silicone hose, and Push lock fittings. Install is simple, takes about 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your skill level, and requires removing one factory hose to install the VTT hoses. Giving an OEM fit and finished when installed. VTT B58/S58 Head Port Block-Off / Built Check Valve Kit
The VTT B58/S58 Head Port Block-Off / Check Valve Kit is designed to either seal off or convert the factory head ports used by the OEM low-side PCV system. These ports in the cylinder head utilize engine vacuum to evacuate crankcase gases — but in the process, can allow oil to enter the intake manifold, leading to valve carbon buildup and other performance issues over time.
This kit provides two configuration options:

Block-Off Version – Completely seals the factory head ports to prevent oil intrusion and unwanted vacuum leaks.

Billet Check Valve Version – Converts the head ports into a robust internal PCV system using precision-engineered check valves. These one-way valves allow vacuum to function as intended while blocking boost pressure from entering the crankcase or charge tract.
By bypassing the factory PCV valve in the valve cover, the VTT kit replaces it with an improved three-valve internal system integrated directly into the cylinder head. This design improves reliability, simplifies plumbing, and ensures consistent crankcase pressure management — critical for both stock and high-performance B58/S58 applications. This kit does NOT require any tapping, meaning no metal to get into the engine etc. You simply tap the plugs or check valves into place.

VTT is proud to announce our B58 Gen 1 Billet/Silicone coolant hose upgrade kit! The factory plastic coolant connectors are prone to breaking over time, and the hoses are just your standard run-of-the-mill coolant hose. We wanted to provide an upgrade to both areas. What we came up with is Billet 6061-T6 connectors anodized black for corrosion resistance, and 6-ply silicone molded silicone hoses in the factory shapes. Currently, these fit most Gen 1 B58 applications F2X/F3X. Application chart below.
They may not fit some models, we have not test fit on all models.
Please bear in mind, the B58 coolant hoses can be difficult to install, and may require removal of other items on the engine to reach the hose connections.

Looking to up your boost limit on just about any BMW vehicle that runs a 3 or 4-wire BMW map sensor including but not limited to S58, B58, N54, N55, S55, S63, B48, B47, B42, B57, B46? We were too, so we decided to make a very easy plug-and-play kit for 3, and 4-wire BMW map sensors. These kits will allow you to completely replace the 3-wire sensor with one of our sensors, leave your stock 4-wire in place for IAT sensing, and move the power, ground, and sensor signal from the factory sensor to our sensor. These sensors have the proper scaling which will allow your tuner to simply change your map sensor scaling in the tune, and the factory ECU will be able to utilize the sensor voltage with no problem. We are offering these in 5 bar (58 psi), and 6 bar (72 psi), and each comes with a plug-and-play harness, and optional fittings for ease of installation.
Note: For the S58/B58 our Factory style Pre-Throttle map sensor is also 5 bar, and will work fine coupled with the post throttle kit, but the scaling is different, if you want matching Voltages Pre/Post throttle you can run two of these.

VTT Modular Silicone/Billet Intake System – BMW G2/3/4X B58TU
VTT is proud to announce our Modular Silicone/Billet Intake System for the BMW G2/3/4X platforms equipped with the B58TU engine.
After extensive testing and countless hours of fitting, we’ve created an intake system that delivers both optimized airflow and factory-level fitment.
Why Upgrade?
The factory BMW airbox itself performs well, but the intake tract down to the turbo is full of twists, turns, bellows, and even a built-in silencer that restricts flow and robs power. Our system eliminates these bottlenecks and replaces them with a 3"–3.5" free-flowing silicone intake tube, paired with either:

Unsure of the state of your CHRA's, whether brand new from a questionable source or rebuilt? Don't install them without having a proper High-Speed balance done! This is the #1 most critical factor when building a turbocharger, and is even more important for performance turbochargers or small twins that see a LOT of RPM. We use a Turbo Technics VS3 balancer, and balance most units down to under .5G Not all turbos will be able to pass a high-speed balancing test for any number of reasons (usually poor assembly, bent shaft, etc), if they will not pass, we will send you the specs they are in, and as close as we could get them. We then will give you the option to send them back, or we can disassemble, and rebuild them in-house using our other balancing, and assembly tools to ensure a properly built/balanced unit. The service is for most turbos, and we have the capability to balance most units, NOT ALL. If sending in twins please choose TWO as the quantity

Backed by fluid-dynamics principles, a proper bellmouth / velocity stack smooths incoming airflow, reduces turbulence, and improves air entry into the turbocharger—or intake on naturally aspirated applications. Unlike thin, stamped alternatives, our V-Stacks are precision-machined for strength, consistency, and performance.
Each unit is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and anodized for durability and corrosion resistance. Available in 3", 4", and 5" inlet sizes, these stacks are designed to fit any intake tubing or turbocharger inlet of the corresponding diameter.

VTT B58/S58 HPFP Block-Off Plate Kit
If you’re converting your B58 or S58 build to port injection (PI) only and removing the direct injection (DI) system and high-pressure fuel pumps (HPFPs), you’ll need to properly seal the HPFP ports in the valve cover.
Our billet aluminum block-off plates provide a simple, clean solution.
Just remove the HPFP and cam follower, then install the plate — it seals the valve cover and eliminates the HPFP cleanly and securely.Please Note:

Removing the HPFP typically requires a standalone ECU.

If you’re only removing a single HPFP (such as on the S58), a tune adjustment will be necessary for proper operation.
