Unsure of the state of your CHRA's, whether brand new from a questionable source or rebuilt? Don't install them without having a proper High-Speed balance done! This is the #1 most critical factor when building a turbocharger, and is even more important for performance turbochargers or small twins that see a LOT of RPM. We use a Turbo Technics VS3 balancer, and balance most units down to under .5G Not all turbos will be able to pass a high-speed balancing test for any number of reasons (usually poor assembly, bent shaft, etc), if they will not pass, we will send you the specs they are in, and as close as we could get them. We then will give you the option to send them back, or we can disassemble, and rebuild them in-house using our other balancing, and assembly tools to ensure a properly built/balanced unit. The service is for most turbos, and we have the capability to balance most units, NOT ALL. If sending in twins please choose TWO as the quantity

Backed by fluid-dynamics principles, a proper bellmouth / velocity stack smooths incoming airflow, reduces turbulence, and improves air entry into the turbocharger—or intake on naturally aspirated applications. Unlike thin, stamped alternatives, our V-Stacks are precision-machined for strength, consistency, and performance.
Each unit is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and anodized for durability and corrosion resistance. Available in 3", 4", and 5" inlet sizes, these stacks are designed to fit any intake tubing or turbocharger inlet of the corresponding diameter.

Ready to take your MQB-powered platform to the next level—without core charges, long lead times, or restrictive factory housings? The VTT V2 “GC” Turbocharger Upgrade is a 100% new casting designed to maximize flow, durability, and power potential while retaining OEM fitment and fast spool.
We retained what works within the factory layout and eliminated what doesn’t: small inlets, restrictive turbo mufflers, undersized bearing architecture, and weak thrust design. The factory IHI CHRA is replaced entirely with our proprietary center section featuring a larger turbine shaft and robust journal bearing system—significantly stronger than anything found in IS20 or IS38 stock frames.
Combined with OE-quality castings, VTT geometry, and refined A/R ratios, the VTT GC platform delivers true drop-in performance capable of 550–600WHP+ depending on configuration and fueling.

We have a variety of fittings in stock to help you get your turbo system plumbed up! Available are:
- 1/8" NPT to -6 AN Male (Great for water lines, or anywhere you need a small 1/8" NPT to -6 Male AN)
- M14x1.5 to -6 AN Male (Great for water lines on Garrett turbos GT, GTX, and G-Series, or anything that has a metric M14x1.5 thread and you need a -6AN male)
- .035" Turbo feed restrictors. These are for Garrett turbochargers and will fit GT, GTX, and G- Series up to G35
- Garret GT, GTX, and G-Series up to G35 -8 An drain adapter. For those that want a low profile -8 drain for their GT-G-Series Garrett. (Comes with two bolts, and a gasket)

This is a completely new innovation for people looking to control the highest-flowing wastegate on the market using an existing BMW electronic actuator. This system will allow BMW owners who have a vehicle with Electronic Wastegates from the factory to utilize this system to control an externally wastegated turbo system, AND it will ALSO allow ANY vehicle to use this setup to control your own custom turbo system. This is done by utilizing our custom 7075 Billet aluminum bracket coupled with a Turbosmart Straight gate, and if needed an EWG controller made for us by DCCD Pro. This allows direct external wastegate control over any turbocharger system with or without EWG for the factory. Features:
