So we made our own longer studs to combat the issue. Made from 10.9 grade steel, and coated in black oxide, these are the perfect solution to the short stud problem. Our ignition coil program began with extensive outreach to multiple OEM and aftermarket coil manufacturers. We commissioned individual prototype coils, then subjected them to rigorous, repeatable testing in the United States to ensure they matched or exceeded factory performance standards.

NGK 94201 Spark Plug Set — compatible with all S58 / B58 / B48 applications, and also ideal for N54 / N55 platforms running the B58 coil upgrade.
We recommend these plugs for vehicles running 100% E85, high boost, or upgraded ignition setups. They are an excellent choice for high-performance BMW applications including N54, N55, and S55 (with B58 coils), and they also serve as a great maintenance replacement for any S58/B58/B48-powered vehicle — at a significantly better price than most options on the market.

Looking to convert your 5×120 or 5x112 vehicle to 5x114.3 wheels, or 5x120 wheels, and open up your wheel options DRAMATICALLY? We got covered with our VTT wheel spacer conversion kits. These kits are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for a long-lasting finish. We then press in 10.9 class studs, with corrosion-resistant zinc coating for years of use. The spacer then accepts either a 5x114 wheel or a 5x120 wheel. The 5x114 use M14 studs, and the 5x120 use M12 studs. All the spacers have either a 66.6mm or 72.6mm Hub bore size to fit 99% of BMW applications.

We offer Hub-Centric adapter rings to fit other wheel bore sizes No wobble bolts or redrilling here. We offer these in 4 thicknesses 15mm, 17.5mm, 20mm, and 25mm. Soft bushings are the enemy of hard launches and drivetrain longevity. The factory BMW transfer case bushings—especially on the G8X and F9X platforms—are notoriously soft. That’s the last thing you want when you’re putting serious power down.
Sure, you could replace the entire bushing with a solid one, but that often requires lowering or removing the transfer case—not to mention the added NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) that comes with it.
Our transfer case bushing inserts offer a smarter solution: reduce bushing flex without sacrificing comfort. You keep smooth, quiet drivability around town and at idle—but when it’s time to launch, the transfer case stays planted.

Our 100% new casting B58 GC-Series turbochargers (GC, GC-MID, and GC+) retain the OE packaging advantages while removing the factory airflow limitations and weak internal architecture.
We start by keeping what BMW did right, then eliminate every bottleneck we found: the restrictive factory inlet, inefficient bearing housing oiling, small thrust assembly, and anything else holding the B58 back. Then we incorporate proprietary VTT improvements and cast everything at full OE-level quality.
The result? Serious B58 power made simple. GC turbos are direct bolt-on upgrades that retain all factory connections (oil, water, charge pipe, downpipe) while supporting 600WHP+ — with factory-like spool.
NOTE: The GC is Super Core ONLY, meaning no exhaust housing; this turbo plugs directly into your factory exhaust housing.

We are happy to release our BMWB58 (Fits ALL B58 models including TU found in the A90/A91 Toyota Supra) vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the intake manifold fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose options, Fitting by itself, 1/4" barb, as well as 1/8NPT plugs if you only want one barb, etc. You can choose straight or 90-degree barbs. Once installed it tucks perfectly under your engine cover. These are perfect for running your PI switch off manifold pressure which is much more accurate than charge pipe, and they are also great for BOV running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do. They are made from 6061-T6 anodized black, with steel plugs, and Blue Anodized barbed fittings. VTT is happy to offer our very unique and universal billet mount to fit any roll bar or cage with 1.5", 1.75", or 2" diameter tubing. These mounts are designed from 6061-T6 aluminum and are made to SECURELY hold a JBL Flip version 3 - Version 6 and allows you to bring music into your race car, off-road vehicle, rock crawler, boat, basically anything that has a length of tubing this will allow you to have an easy way to have tunes without having to install and mount a stereo system. They can also be used as a single mount to hold things such as a helmet, steering wheel, or anything you want to quickly hang for easy access once seated. For the JBL flip you will need TWO mounts, simply install them loosely, snap in your JBL Flip to get the proper spacing, and tighten down. The device is then securely mounted and can be removed easily. VTT B58/S58 Head Port Block-Off / Built Check Valve Kit
The VTT B58/S58 Head Port Block-Off / Check Valve Kit is designed to either seal off or convert the factory head ports used by the OEM low-side PCV system. These ports in the cylinder head utilize engine vacuum to evacuate crankcase gases — but in the process, can allow oil to enter the intake manifold, leading to valve carbon buildup and other performance issues over time.
This kit provides two configuration options:

Block-Off Version – Completely seals the factory head ports to prevent oil intrusion and unwanted vacuum leaks.

Billet Check Valve Version – Converts the head ports into a robust internal PCV system using precision-engineered check valves. These one-way valves allow vacuum to function as intended while blocking boost pressure from entering the crankcase or charge tract.
By bypassing the factory PCV valve in the valve cover, the VTT kit replaces it with an improved three-valve internal system integrated directly into the cylinder head. This design improves reliability, simplifies plumbing, and ensures consistent crankcase pressure management — critical for both stock and high-performance B58/S58 applications. This kit does NOT require any tapping, meaning no metal to get into the engine etc. You simply tap the plugs or check valves into place.

Looking to up your boost limit on just about any BMW vehicle that runs a 3 or 4-wire BMW map sensor including but not limited to S58, B58, N54, N55, S55, S63, B48, B47, B42, B57, B46? We were too, so we decided to make a very easy plug-and-play kit for 3, and 4-wire BMW map sensors. These kits will allow you to completely replace the 3-wire sensor with one of our sensors, leave your stock 4-wire in place for IAT sensing, and move the power, ground, and sensor signal from the factory sensor to our sensor. These sensors have the proper scaling which will allow your tuner to simply change your map sensor scaling in the tune, and the factory ECU will be able to utilize the sensor voltage with no problem. We are offering these in 5 bar (58 psi), and 6 bar (72 psi), and each comes with a plug-and-play harness, and optional fittings for ease of installation.
Note: For the S58/B58 our Factory style Pre-Throttle map sensor is also 5 bar, and will work fine coupled with the post throttle kit, but the scaling is different, if you want matching Voltages Pre/Post throttle you can run two of these.

VTT noticed a hole in the VTT A9X Supra/BMW Z4 / G2X / G42 Billet Diff Lock Down Kit market for a high-quality, lightweight, NVH-friendly, and easy-to-install Diff Lock Down kit to improve diff stability under launching, and hard cornering. So we did something about it and went to work on a very innovative design that 100% positively locks the diff down from movement, while shielding it from adding a ton of NVH, and can be used with the stock diff, and subframe bushings. This design uses existing mounting points on the vehicle, you do NOT have to remove the subframe or the Diff to install. Simply remove 4 diff bolts, drill two holes in the subframe slightly bigger, install two M10 riv-nuts, and install the lockdown, you do not even have to move the exhaust. A typical install can be 15-30 minutes for someone who is experienced working on vehicles, an hour if you like taking it slow. You WILL need a Riv-nut tool to install the Riv-nuts, we provide a link below for what we recommend on Amazon. Features:

- Uses FOUR connection points on the Diff, and two on the subframe for the ultimate in positive diff location, this will stop all diff movement on launch, saving your guibos, etc

All products that are designed to stiffen or reduce drivetrain movement inherently have the tendency to increase NVH or Noise, Harness, or vibration. While these bushings inserts have been found to add little NVH in most instances. Your results and sensitivity to NVH may vary. This product is designed to reduce drivetrain movement, and that was the goal when designing and manufacturing this product. Returns for NVH are not accepted once products are installed.

This kit uses our already extremely popular modular catch can, and couples it with a custom CNC 6061 bracket, VTT CNC banjo fittings, VTT 5 ply silicone hose, and Push lock fittings. VTT is proud to offer a truly plug-and-play line lock kit for select BMW vehicles that does NOT require running wiring inside the car, mounted switches, holes in the dash, etc. Our newly designed and released line lock kits use a 40amp wireless remote control switch with 4 different modes that allow you to tailor your line lock setup exactly as you prefer. You simply install the solenoids, install the harness with the switch which has all the wiring terminated, bleed the brakes, and you are ready for effortless burnouts which will not be interfered with by the DME because you are holding the brakes, nor wear your rear brake pads. You can store the remote anywhere in your vehicle, center console, cup holder, door cup holder, etc., and when you need to do a burnout to heat your race tires it's in arm's reach without running any wiring into the vehicle. The Factory B58 TU water neck is plastic and is right in the path of your charge pipe if you lose a connection and it blows off. If this does happen to you it can break the plastic neck emptying your coolant in seconds causing you in the best-case scenario to be stranded, and in the worst-case scenario expensive engine damage. Add some cheap insurance with our Billet Water neck.
