We started our quest for coils by contacting multiple coil manufacturing companies, paying for individual coils to be made then putting them through rigorous testing in the USA to ensure they matched or exceeded factory output. Once we were satisfied with the testing, we had the best performing coils made to our colors and specs. We offer these coils as complete sets for the N54, B58/S58, and the VAG platforms in either 4, or 5 cylinders. We also offer upgraded plugs which are highly recommended to change when doing coil replacements These coils come in 3 colors, Red, Black, and Blue, and are not simply an aesthetic upgrade but match or exceed the factory secondary spark energy. These Coolant caps retain ALL of the factory provisions by simply allowing you to snap the factory pressure-relief into the new Billet Cap We also designed these caps to complement our N5X Billet Oil caps, N5XBillet Oil filter housing caps, and Billet Power Steering cap and so all 4 will have the same design. VTT is proud to offer our "OBD-LOCK" OBD port locking tool. This tool is made from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and is designed to completely lock out your OBD port from being accessed. This is useful for people who do not want dealers, techs, etc from accessing their OBD port, and possibly changing a tune, etc. This is also perfect for anti-theft prevention as it will not allow a would-be thief to hook up to the car's OBD port, duplicate a key, etc. The OBD-LOCK cannot be removed without physically destroying the OBD port if you do not have the proper tools. VTT uses 5 types of screw head designs for every 200 OBD-LOCKS made. This means that worldwide only 40 OBD-LOCKS are using the same head design. For each batch of 200, we redesign the screw heads meaning every batch of 200 OBD-LOCKS will use different screw heads and tools. Each OBD-LOCK sent has its head design chosen at random. After Extensive testing, we have found that our OBD lock fits EVERY SINGLE OBD port we have tried, this means it will fit every single OBD port currently on the market from a high-end BMW to a Ford F150 diesel. $54.99 – $69.99Looking to convert your 5×120 or 5x112 vehicle to 5x114.3 wheels, or 5x120 wheels, and open up your wheel options DRAMATICALLY? We got covered with our VTT wheel spacer conversion kits. These kits are machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized for a long-lasting finish. We then press in 10.9 class studs, with corrosion-resistant zinc coating for years of use. The spacer then accepts either a 5x114 wheel or a 5x120 wheel. The 5x114 use M14 studs, and the 5x120 use M12 studs. All the spacers have either a 66.6mm or 72.6mm Hub bore size to fit 99% of BMW applications. VTT Is proud to offer our Carbon Fiber Driveshaft for many BMW Models made exclusively for us in the USA by PST one of the leading names n CF driveshaft technology! This driveshaft is made from 3.25" CF tubing Spicer 1350 Yolks, and U-Joints. All pieces are then bonded using PST's proprietary process, and balanced to within 1/8 In/Ounce. We couple the driveshaft with VTT Custom 7075 aluminum adapters which completely eliminate any extra guibos etc. These shafts connect directly to the BMW 3 bolt flange, and our 4340 adapter in the rear to get rid of the screw in the shaft. We start by keeping the great design elements of the factory BMW turbochargers and removing the not-so-great ones such as the small factory inlet area, bearing housing oil structure, thrust bearing, and anything else we saw that could be improved upon. With the basics covered, we stepped it up a level by adding proprietary VTT changes and finished off by having all these parts cast to OE quality. What this means for you is serious power made easy; GCs are a drop-in turbocharger upgrade that supports 900-1000WHP while maintaining near factory spool and all factory connections including oil, water, downpipe, and charge pipe.
Please note: All F90 units have a 38 psi limit, if you go above that the warranty is void. Everyone is overspeeding these to try to make as much power as possible with no regard to turbo RPM limits. Turbochargers are the same as engines, if you surpass the recommended RPM limit they will fail. Logs will be required for all warranty requests.
