VTT F-Series BMW B58 MODULAR Carbon Fiber Intake System
$149.00 – $629.99VTT is proud to announce another product in our carbon fiber product line. The BMW F-Series B58 Modular Carbon fiber intakes system! We COMPLETELY do away with the entire factory intake tract, including the accordion hose, the turbo muffler, all of the restrictive bends. We then replaced it with a smooth radius 2.5"-4" Silicone intake pipe with wire impregnated to ensure strength and longevity. This is coupled with our billet intake connection for an OEM-like fit, and finish. We then created a 100% carbon factory-style intake top and coupled it with our high-flow cotton pre-oiled filters. These tops are 8 layers of 100% carbon, not a single layer wrapped over plastic and they are 1.3MM thick with our logo vacuum printed onto the tops, with a UV-resistant gloss clear coating. This is not only strong but will resist discoloration for an extended period of time. The filters themselves are made with a heat-resistant silicone base, a high-flowing cotton weave element with a pre-oiled design to catch contaminates but allow free flow. But we didn't stop there! For the crowd looking for increased intake sound, we also made this compatible with our 4" Cone filter for increased flow, and much louder intake sound! VTT B58 Gen 1 BILLET CNC Valve Cover

We created these for the B58 owner who wants to add a great look to their engine bay while also getting rid of the stock plastic valve cover which has problematic PCV systems and can crack with higher mileage. We recommend running it with our B58 engine catch can kit. Which can be added to the order. We offer a number of breather choices for extra crankcase venting including our oil cap breather, as well as one-way Stainless breathers. Valve Cover Details:- 100% CNC 6061-T6 Aircraft aluminum construction

The Factory B58 TU water neck is plastic and is right in the path of your charge pipe if you lose a connection and it blows off. If this does happen to you it can break the plastic neck emptying your coolant in seconds causing you in the best-case scenario to be stranded, and in the worst-case scenario expensive engine damage. VTT Is proud to offer our Carbon Fiber Driveshaft for many BMW Models made exclusively for us in the USA by PST one of the leading names n CF driveshaft technology! This driveshaft is made from 3.25" CF tubing Spicer 1350 Yolks, and U-Joints. All pieces are then bonded using PST's proprietary process, and balanced to within 1/8 In/Ounce. We couple the driveshaft with VTT Custom 7075 aluminum adapters which completely eliminate any extra guibos etc. These shafts connect directly to the BMW 3 bolt flange, and our 4340 adapter in the rear to get rid of the screw in the shaft. This cap does away with the weak plastic cap while adding a strong magnet to pull metal from the oil, and some pop/color to your engine bay. These oil filter housing caps retain ALL of the factory provisions for the filter basket, including the lower pins which are important for the proper function of pressure bypass, etc. We offer these caps in 4 anodized colors - Red, Black, Blue, and Clear
