VTT Billet Large Capacity BMW ZF8HP Transmission Pan

This pan does away with the factory plastic or cast aluminum pan and upgrades it to 6061-T6 aluminum anodized in a variety of colors. This pan increases fluid capacity to 5.7 QTs compared to the stock pan which holds 3.7 QTs, has a US-made reusable Viton Gasket, a rare earth magnet that sits under the filter to not only support it, but pulls metal from the fluid, machined external fins to help aid in cooling, and a -6 ORB magnetic drain plug. Clearance is NOT increased on G8X, X3/4M, or F90 M5, if used on smaller model ZF8HP with the plastic pan, the pan DOES fit but has reduced clearance. VTT Billet/Silicone B58 F2X/F3X Coolant Hoses
$54.99 – $529.99VTT is proud to announce our B58 Gen 1 Billet/Silicone coolant hose upgrade kit! The factory plastic coolant connectors are prone to breaking over time, and the hoses are just your standard run-of-the-mill coolant hose. We wanted to provide an upgrade to both areas. What we came up with is Billet 6061-T6 connectors anodized black for corrosion resistance, and 6-ply silicone molded silicone hoses in the factory shapes. Currently, these fit most Gen 1 B58 applications F2X/F3X. Application chart below.They may not fit some models, we have not test fit on all models.
Please bear in mind, the B58 coolant hoses can be difficult to install, and may require removal of other items on the engine to reach the hose connections.

VTT is proud to offer a Phenolic spacer for the BMW B58 platform. When upgrading to an aluminum charge cooler you get the benefit of a better core, and more cooling capacity, but it also comes with the downside of DIRECT heat transfer from the head to the manifold which can cause heat soak and less-than-ideal IAT's even with an upgraded charge cooler. We manufacture these from G11 Expoxy sheet which has great heat and hardness characteristics, and we feel is the ideal material for this application. The thickness is 8mm.
Please note: Longer studs or bolts may be required introducing a phenolic spacer into your system

The Factory B58 TU Upper Cylinder head hose is plastic and is right in the path of your charge pipe if you lose a connection and it blows off. If this does happen to you it can break the plastic neck emptying your coolant in seconds causing you in the best-case scenario to be stranded, and in the worst-case scenario expensive engine damage. Add some cheap insurance with our Billet Upper Cylinder head hose, this sits right above the plastic water neck. Product Details:

VTT noticed a hole in the A9X/Z4 market for a high-quality, lightweight, NVH-friendly, and easy-to-install Diff Lock Down kit to improve diff stability under launching, and hard cornering. So we did something about it and went to work on a very innovative design that 100% positively locks the diff down from movement, while shielding it from adding a ton of NVH, and can be used with the stock diff, and subframe bushings. This design uses existing mounting points on the vehicle, you do NOT have to remove the subframe or the Diff to install. Simply remove 4 diff bolts, drill two holes in the subframe slightly bigger, install two M10 riv-nuts, and install the lockdown, you do not even have to move the exhaust. A typical install can be 15-30 minutes for someone who is experienced working on vehicles, an hour if you like taking it slow. You WILL need a Riv-nut tool to install the Riv-nuts, we provide a link below for what we recommend on Amazon. Features:
- Lightweight 1.5 lbs for the entire lockdown plate
- Uses FOUR connection points on the Diff, and two on the subframe for the ultimate in positive diff location, this will stop all diff movement on launch, saving your guibos, etc

Do you work on a lot of BMW engines from various platforms? Do you ever struggle with heavy cylinder heads, either lifting off the engine or simply moving around? Ever ruined an EXPENSIVE multi-layer head gasket while trying to install a cylinder head due to no secure way to hold it without two people? We answered yes to all of those things, and came up with a tool for anyone that works on BMWs often, and needs a way to simply, and easily remove/install, or simply move around a cylinder head. These cylinder head tools are machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized in 4 colors for long-lasting corrosion resistance. They are knurled for a non-slip grip when oily or wet, and positioned so the head is balanced when lifting The Head Handler fits the following engines, N54, N55, S55, B58, S58 and we offer short extensions for installation with no cams/Cam ledges on the head, or long extensions for people that want to install or remove a head with cams still installed. We created these for the B58 TU owner who wants to add a great look to their engine bay while also getting rid of the stock plastic valve cover which has problematic PCV systems and can crack with higher mileage. We recommend running it with our B58 TU engine catch can kit. Which can be added to the order. We offer a number of breather choices for extra crankcase venting including our oil cap breather, as well as one-way Stainless breathers.
