Looking for a head gasket for your BMW that will hold ALL of the boost? So were we, and nothing we tried worked. So we took matters into our own hands and had what we wanted made. These gaskets are made out of carbon material, and use stainless steel fire rings to ensure you are not pushing boost into your water jacket or between cylinders.

There are two versions:

  • One does NOT require a groove to be cut into the block
  • One DOES require a groove to be machined into the block to accept the fire ring.

Features:

  • Custom made to our specs from Carbon material that will form your head/deck, and seal oil/water passages while fire rings, keep boost in the combustion chamber
  • FULLY tested in-house on multiple builds to ensure boost level can be achieved
  • They are NOT like the other fire ring gaskets on the marker (SCE/Athena) that do not require machine work, we had zero luck with those. THESE FLAT OUT WORK!
  • Choose non-machined or machined version
  • Different thicknesses are available as a custom order (4-8 week lead time)
  • Different Bores Available as a custom order (4-8 week lead time)

For any gaskets NOT in stock expect a 4-8 week lead time as these are custom-made for us. This includes ANY gasket we currently do not have in stock.

Looking for a head gasket for your BMW that will hold ALL of the boost? So were we, and nothing we tried worked. So we took matters into our own hands and had what we wanted made. These gaskets are made out of carbon material, and use stainless steel fire rings to ensure you are not pushing boost into your water jacket or between cylinders.

There are two versions:

  • One does NOT require a groove to be cut into the block
  • One DOES require a groove to be machined into the block to accept the fire ring.

We have tested both types and have found unmachined to be able to reach about 50 psi before you start to see slight pressure in the coolant system(this varies by platform). On the machined version, we have tested it at over 60 psi for 50+ pulls/passes and then pulled down the engine for inspection. We found ZERO signs of any coolant bleed or pressure in the system. This is the LAST gasket you will EVER need for your BMW B58/S58.

When ordering please choose your platform, gasket type, and bore size. The current gasket thickness we are offering is 1mm thick. Thicker can be made as a custom order, as well as different bore sizes.

If you have previously O-rings your block etc, you will either need to fill it in and re-machine, or in some cases, you can cut that groove out while installing the new groove needed for this gasket
