    VTT-FAB Extended M7 N54/N55/S55/B58 2 Port Head studs

    Are you building a single kit for the N54, N55, or S55 platform? The stock studs are usually a little bit short for most single-head flanges, and finding M7 studs is not easy. So we made our own longer studs to combat the issue. Made from 10.9 grade steel, and coated in black oxide, these are the perfect solution to the short stud problem. Sold individually so order the number you need. Stud details are as follows
    • Overall length 47mm (stock 39mm)
    • 3mm shoulder
    • 6mm head which is 5mm hex
    • 14mm short end
    • 24mm long end (stock 15mm)

This is a completely new innovation for people looking to control the highest-flowing wastegate on the market using an existing BMW electronic actuator. This system will allow BMW owners who have a vehicle with Electronic Wastegates from the factory to utilize this system to control an externally wastegated turbo system, AND it will ALSO allow ANY vehicle to use this setup to control your own custom turbo system. This is done by utilizing our custom 7075 Billet aluminum bracket coupled with a Turbosmart Straight gate, and if needed an EWG controller made for us by DCCD Pro.     VTT-FAB is proud to offer the premiere top-mount single turbo kit for the F8X S55 platform. This kit is 100% made in the USA at our Hayward, CA facility, and only uses top-of-the-line components. We start with 321 Stainless materials as well as Billet flanges to create a high flowing, and long-lasting manifold. We couple this with our revolutionary factory-controlled external gate system using a Turbosmart 60mm Straight gate. This gives you COMPLETE control of an external wastegate with your factory ECU tune. This means no external boxes to control boost, no mac solenoids, and no vacuum/boost lines. Simply reuse your factory actuator on our adapter, and you have the best flowing, and easiest-to-control system on the market with a true boost range of 0 psi, to whatever your turbo of choice can make.

    Are you looking to fab up your own S55 Single kit, but want our game-changing factory control via Turbosmart Straight gate? Yep, we offer that. This manifold is fully fabricated in-house using 321 1.25" Sch 10 Weld els, our own wire cut flange, and cast 6 into 1 Collector. We also fab the Turbosmart straight gate port which will provide perfect fitment for our factory-controlled setup. this manifold is designed to work with T3 V-Band inlets such as Garret G25, G30, G35, PTE T3 Size V-band inlet turbos, and Turbosmart T3 V-Band inlet turbos. This kit will require the use of our VTT-FAB Factory controlled External Straight gate set up, which can be purchased separately, and can be added from the drop-down. Features:
