    Are you building a single kit for the N54, N55, or S55 platform? The stock studs are usually a little bit short for most single-head flanges, and finding M7 studs is not easy. So we made our own longer studs to combat the issue. Made from 10.9 grade steel, and coated in black oxide, these are the perfect solution to the short stud problem. Sold individually so order the number you need. Stud details are as follows
    • Overall length 47mm (stock 39mm)
    • 3mm shoulder
    • 6mm head which is 5mm hex
    • 14mm short end
    • 24mm long end (stock 15mm)

    Looking to build your own turbo manifold and need a solid head flange? Look no further, VTT-FAB turbo head flanges are made from 304SS 1/2" or 10mm thick, and either CNC machined or wire cut for the ultimate in consistency, clean cuts, and perfect weldability. We have them in all the popular BMW headstyles and are always adding more. If you have a special need and can provide a sample or a drawing we can make you a flange. Specs are as follows - Wire cute:
    • 1/2" Thick
    • 304 Stainless
    • Can used as is or with our Billet 321 Oval to 1.25" Sch-10 transition which are 30mm tall for a total of about 42.5mm

    • Cut from 321 Billet with perfect transitions to 1.25" Sch-10 pipe machined into the flange, the transition is 15mm tall for a total height of 25mm

We also fab the Turbosmart straight gate port which will provide perfect fitment for our factory-controlled setup. this manifold is designed to work with T3 V-Band inlets such as Garret G25, G30, G35, PTE T3 Size V-band inlet turbos, and Turbosmart T3 V-Band inlet turbos.   • These are Billet 321 Stub transitions to make a perfect transition from B58/S58 Oval head ports to a 1.25" Sch-10 pipe. This saves you a step and valuable time when fabricating a manifold from scratch. Time is money! These fit our B58, and S58 Wire cut flanges for a perfect transition
