So we made our own longer studs to combat the issue. Made from 10.9 grade steel, and coated in black oxide, these are the perfect solution to the short stud problem.   • VTT is happy to offer our very unique and universal billet mount to fit any roll bar or cage with  1.5", 1.75", or 2" diameter tubing. These mounts are designed from 6061-T6 aluminum and are made to SECURELY hold a JBL Flip version 3 - Version 6 and allows you to bring music into your race car, off-road vehicle, rock crawler, boat, basically anything that has a length of tubing this will allow you to have an easy way to have tunes without having to install and mount a stereo system. They can also be used as a single mount to hold things such as a helmet, steering wheel, or anything you want to quickly hang for easy access once seated. For the JBL flip you will need TWO mounts, simply install them loosely, snap in your JBL Flip to get the proper spacing, and tighten down.     Looking to build your own turbo manifold and need a solid head flange? Look no further, VTT-FAB turbo head flanges are made from 304SS 1/2" or 10mm thick, and either CNC machined or wire cut for the ultimate in consistency, clean cuts, and perfect weldability. We have them in all the popular BMW headstyles and are always adding more. If you have a special need and can provide a sample or a drawing we can make you a flange. Specs are as follows - Wire cute:

    • Can used as is or with our Billet 321 Oval to 1.25" Sch-10 transition which are 30mm tall for a total of about 42.5mm

  • Building a kit using Mac solenoids to control boost? Need an easy way to mount it? VTT-FAB has you covered with our billet Mac Solenoid brackets. Machined from 6061 billet and anodized in 3 colors, these are the perfect way to mount your Mac valve and look good while doing it. Each kit includes:

  • Heat is the enemy of power, and the last thing you want is hot coolant heating your charge air even further right before it enters the charge cooler, but this is what BMW has done on the S58. This is done for emissions and quick warm-up purposes. However, If you are looking to make power on the S58, and are upgrading your charge cooler, or adding PI. While you are there, it takes 30 seconds to remove the coolant lines from the TB connections and replace them with our billet coolant delete kit. This completely removes the coolant from the Throttle body and provides a bypass for the coolant. Simply remove the two lines going to the throttle body, and run our hose in their place. You leave the coolant fittings on the TB open and avoid any unwanted heat being introduced into your charge tract. In our opinion a must for full effort builds. We take the work out of it for you.
