It’s well known that direct-injected engines are prone to intake valve carbon buildup due to oil vapors being pulled through the factory PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) and CCV (Crankcase Ventilation) systems. While the factory design attempts to mitigate this, it falls short in fully preventing oil contamination.
This results in:
✔ Oil accumulation in the intake manifold (PCV/Low Side)
✔ Oil entering the turbochargers and charge pipes (CCV/High Side)
✔ Excess carbon buildup on intake valves

The most effective way to prevent oil contamination and carbon buildup is with a catch can system. Our system filters oil from blow-by gases before they re-enter the engine.
Unlike most aftermarket catch cans that only address the high side (CCV)—which operates under boost—our system features two catch cans for complete protection:
🔹 Low Side (PCV) – Captures oil vapors at idle and cruise
🔹 High Side (CCV) – Captures oil vapors under boostThis ensures a clean intake tract, charge pipes, and intake valves throughout your vehicle’s lifespan.
