This fix addresses an ongoing issue with the factory thermostat design, which is plagued by multiple flaws and failure points based on a plastic design. These issues can cause the thermostat to become stuck—whether open, closed, or somewhere in between—leading to engine overheating, reduced heater performance, or other complications.

We’ve developed a DIY-friendly thermostat fix that eliminates these failure points, ensuring a robust and reliable thermostat system with a significantly extended service life.
