Unsure of the state of your CHRA's, whether brand new from a questionable source or rebuilt? DON'T install them without having a proper High-Speed balance done! This is the #1 most critical factor when building a turbocharger, and is even more important for performance turbochargers or small twins that see a LOT of RPM. We use a Turbo Technics VS3 balancer, and balance most units down to under .5G Not all turbos will be able to pass a high-speed balancing test for any number of reasons (usually poor assembly, bent shaft, etc), if they will not pass, we will send you the specs they are in, and as close as we could get them. We then will give you the option to send them back, or we can disassemble, and rebuild them in-house using our other balancing, and assembly tools to ensure a properly built/balanced unit. The service is $79.99 each for most turbos, and we have the capabilities to balance most units. If sending in twins please choose TWO as the quantity

Backed by physics a Bellmouth or velocity stack will help smooth the air coming into the turbocharger or on NA cars. These are made from 6061-T6, and anodized in a variety of colors and sizes. Currently, we offer 3", 4", and 5" These are suitable to fit any intake tubing or turbocharger inlet with that size. These are available with or without a silicone connector and clamps. Our V-Stacks are also made to extend down on the outside so you can attach a Vibrant S&B or other compatible 7" Filter on the 3"/4" version. Features:- Smooth air before it enters the turbocharger or Intake
- Very low profile, only sticking 2.5" above the turbocharger inlet. Even if you have no room for a filter these will fit

This is not your basic TD04 CHRA. We completely changed the bearing structure to an 8mm turbine shaft, and journal bearing, making it larger than anything in the TD04 MHI family, this truly is a custom unit. We also increased the thrust assembly dramatically to deal with the increased thrust loads. With the basics covered, we stepped it up a level by adding proprietary VTT changes to the housings, A/R Ratios and finished off by having all these parts cast to OE quality. What this means for you is serious 2.0L power made easy; GCs are a drop in turbocharger upgrade that supports up to 550WHP while maintaining very fast spool and all factory connections including oil, water, downpipe, and charge pipe.
