VTT BILLET BMW N54/N55/S55 Crank Seal Guard
$79.99 – $169.99VTT BILLET BMW N54/55 Crank Seal Guard.
It is a well-known issue on the BMW N54/N55/S55 platforms that your serpentine belt can fail for various reasons, when this happens you have a high chance of the belt getting sucked behind the front damper, and then being pushed past the crank seal into your oil pan. From there it can get sucked into the oil pick up causing total engine failure, even if you do not lose the engine it is a COSTLY repair to remove the sub-frame and drop the oil pan to remove the belt. The best way to combat this is to watch for oil leaks and keep up on your maintenance. BUT Even with those preventative measures, pre-mature belt failure can occur. This crank seal guard installs over your front crank seal and will keep the belt from being sucked in if a belt failure does occur. This is a cheap way to ensure you do not end up having to replace your motor from oil starvation due to an ingested belt. -
Unsure of the state of your CHRA's, whether brand new from a questionable source or rebuilt? DON'T install them without having a proper High-Speed balance done! This is the #1 most critical factor when building a turbocharger, and is even more important for performance turbochargers or small twins that see a LOT of RPM. We use a Turbo Technics VS3 balancer, and balance most units down to under .5G Not all turbos will be able to pass a high-speed balancing test for any number of reasons (usually poor assembly, bent shaft, etc), if they will not pass, we will send you the specs they are in, and as close as we could get them. We then will give you the option to send them back, or we can disassemble, and rebuild them in-house using our other balancing, and assembly tools to ensure a properly built/balanced unit. The service is $79.99 each for most turbos, and we have the capabilities to balance most units. If sending in twins please choose TWO as the quantity

This cap does away with the weak plastic cap, and the need for a special tool for removal, while adding some pop, and color to your engine bay. These oil filter housing caps retain ALL of the factory provisions for the filter basket, including the lower pins which are important for the proper function of pressure bypass, etc. They also have cooling fins to help with oil temps. We also designed these caps to complement our Billet Oil caps, and upcoming Billet Power Steering caps, so all 3 will have the same design. VTT is proud to offer our "OBD-LOCK" OBD port locking tool. This tool is made from billet 6061-T6 aluminum and is designed to completely lock out your OBD port from being accessed. This is useful for people who do not want dealers, techs, etc from accessing their OBD port, and possibly changing a tune, etc. This is also perfect for anti-theft prevention as it will not allow a would-be thief to hook up to the car's OBD port, duplicate a key, etc. The OBD-LOCK cannot be removed without physically destroying the OBD port if you do not have the proper tools. VTT uses 5 types of screw head designs for every 200 OBD-LOCKS made. This means that worldwide only 40 OBD-LOCKS are using the same head design. For each batch of 200, we redesign the screw heads meaning every batch of 200 OBD-LOCKS will use different screw heads and tools. Each OBD-LOCK sent has its head design chosen at random. After Extensive testing, we have found that our OBD lock fits EVERY SINGLE OBD port we have tried, this means it will fit every single OBD port currently on the market from a high-end BMW to a Ford F150 diesel. VTT- S55 / N55 PCV Delete kit
$94.99 – $379.99Have a problematic PCV on your S55/N55 powered BMW, don't want to pay to replace the entire VC? The VTT PCV delete kit is just what you need. This kit blocks the factory PCV from pulling from the head ports, gets rid of the tear-prone rubber diaphragm, and essentially converts your VC into VTA through the factory front port on the VC. This kit can work stand-alone with the cap, and a -10 ORB plug, can be used to run an extra breather port, or it can be installed with any Catch Can kit that uses the front port of the stock VC. Simply remove the factory cap, take out the diaphragm, screw the plug into the center port, and tap the new cap on with a soft blow hammer or similar. This deletes the PCV and allows you to avoid the issues of a failed diaphragm. Kit Choices- Cap and -10ORB plug only (to be used with an existing catch can or VTA)

Hate not having access to the flywheel end with the engine on the stand? We answered yes to all of those things, we made a tool for anyone that works on BMWs often, and wanted a strong bolt-on engine stand plate that keeps the flywheel end of the engine open! These engine stand plates are machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized in 5 colors for long-lasting corrosion resistance. The engine stand plates currently fit the following engines, N54, N55, S55, B58, S58 with more to come! These are lightweight, and rated for over 1200 lbs! Key Features:

VTT Ignition Coil Kits
$159.99 – $209.99VTT is proud to offer ignition coil replacements for the N5X platforms, as well as B5X, and many VAG platforms. We started our quest for coils by contacting multiple coil manufacturing companies, paying for individual coils to be made then putting them through rigorous testing in the USA to ensure they matched or exceeded factory output. Once we were satisfied with the testing, we had the best performing coils made to our colors and specs. We offer these coils as complete sets for the N54, B58/S58, and the VAG platforms in either 4, or 5 cylinders. We also offer upgraded plugs which are highly recommended to change when doing coil replacements These coils come in 3 colors, Red, Black, and Blue, and are not simply an aesthetic upgrade but match or exceed the factory secondary spark energy. The VAG coil, is extremely potent, and the tester was so impressed with it compared to the factory coil, he called it a "BEAST" of a coilNote: To extract maximum performance from VTT coils minor tune changes are required to optimize dwell periods.
