    Are you building a single kit for the N54, N55, or S55 platform? The stock studs are usually a little bit short for most single-head flanges, and finding M7 studs is not easy. So we made our own longer studs to combat the issue. Made from 10.9 grade steel, and coated in black oxide, these are the perfect solution to the short stud problem. Sold individually so order the number you need. Stud details are as follows
    • Overall length 47mm (stock 39mm)
    • 3mm shoulder
    • 6mm head which is 5mm hex
    • 14mm short end
    • 24mm long end (stock 15mm)

  • Yes, we really did it. We took our extremely popular cast, and Billet N54 valve cover, and had it fully molded out of Multi-Layer Carbon Fiber with a UV resistant clear coat for strength and durability. It has a billet machined gasket surface, and billet -10ORB ports again for added strength and for use with our Modular N54 PCV systems. This is the ONLY N54 VC on the market that is LIGHTER than stock, and allows you to fully get rid of the factory PCV, and oh did we mention its CARBON FIBER! Weight:

    We understand this part is not cheap, and it's not for everyone. For this reason, we make them per order on a limited run. Meaning from order to shipping can be 3-5 weeks.

  • Looking to get rid of the troublesome and expensive DI injectors on your BMW N54 and move to PI only and a standalone? If so VTT has you covered with its new N54 PI delete kit. This kit allows you to SAFELY remove the DI injectors, install our delete fittings, and run PI only. We machined these deletes from 310 Stainless for extreme heat, and corrosion resistance, and include 3 hold downs. These DI deletes COMPLETELY get rid of all factory provisions, including the seal. If the seal is left intact with no fuel to cool the injector or delete it will quickly overheat and melt the delicate seal causing combustion gasses to escape the engine creating misfires, and worse possibly damaging your injector bore on the cylinder head. Our deletes are machined to be a press fit into the cylinder, and can be either cooled with liquid nitrogen, and dropped in, or tapped in with a hammer, and then held down with the included hold downs. We also include M6 tapped holes on the top of each one in case they need to be removed you can attach a slide hammer, and remove the delete. These are sold as a kit and come with the following
    • 6 - 310 Stainless DI Delete fittings
    • 3 - Hold down brackets
