A well-known issue with the N54 and early N55 with Hydraulic power steering is the plastic pulley either hitting the subframe or simply breaking on its own. This can cause the belt to be ejected from the pulley, and leave you stranded with no serpentine belt. To top it off, if you continue to run the vehicle with the belt off, you also have a good chance of sucking the belt into the engine through the front seal. Put an end to the dreaded plastic PS pulley issues with our 100% Billet Aluminum PS pulley. We make these from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodize them in one of 4 colors (Black, Red, Blue, and Clear) for a great look, and long-lasting finish. These weigh 11Oz, very close to the weight of a stock pulley, and are lighter than the cast aluminum versions on the market.

This cover is cast. then it goes through the same machining process as our billet VC. This also allows you to run any of our modular PCV fittings, crankcase breather, vacuum relief, billet banjos, catch can kits, etc. This truly is the best bang for your buck Valve Cover upgrade on the N54 market. From: $319.99VTT is proud to offer its very own Game Changer N54 to B58 Coil conversion kit for the BMW N54 platform. The N54 has notoriously had ignition problems with the factory coils, while aftermarket upgrades do exist, they can be bulky. While factory coil upgrades such as S55, and our own N54 coil upgrades do provide more spark, the BMW B58 ignition coils are extremely robust and can support well over 1000WHP with no issues. This means a plug-and-play affordable solution that fits like stock, and looks AMAZING doing so! We designed our own 6061-T6 Billet bracket in a plethora of colors including matching shades for every N54 Valve Cover we offer (even the cast wrinkle), and we even went as far as to have some cut-out of 100% carbon fiber sheet for the unmistakable look, and lightweight that only carbon fiber can offer! This means you can mix and match the color of the bracket with coil color, with VC color to truly tailor your engine bay to look exactly how you want it to!Note: Flash setting changes are required when installing the conversion kit to ensure the proper function of the B58 coils with N54 DME. VTT is proud to offer our billet replacement for the factory plastic Oil filter housing cap. This cap does away with the weak plastic cap, and the need for a special tool for removal, while adding some pop, and color to your engine bay. These oil filter housing caps retain ALL of the factory provisions for the filter basket, including the lower pins which are important for the proper function of pressure bypass, etc. They also have cooling fins to help with oil temps. We also designed these caps to complement our Billet Oil caps, and upcoming Billet Power Steering caps, so all 3 will have the same design. Order all 3 - Oil Cap, Oil Filter housing Cap, and Power steering cap for $175 - 10% savings We offer these caps in 4 colors - Red, Black, Blue, and Clear anodize. The cap has a 19mm hex for easy installation, and removal, and includes a new sealing O-ring, and a small O-ring for the oil filter cage.
