Looking to protect your single turbo investment, dont have a ton of room, and need a low profile filter that can flow what you need? VTT Has you covered with our Low Profile Single turbo Air Filters. These filters are custom-made for VTT. They are made with a heat-resistant silicone base, and a high-flowing cotton weave element with a pre-oiled design to catch contaminates but allow free flow. We currently offer them in Black, and 3 flange sizes. 3", 4" and 5" flange. With two filter heights. Tested at over 1200WHP with no loss of power observed. Filter Options - Offered in White, and Black with the following dimensions Short - 3.75" Tall, 7.5" OD Large end, 5" Small end 3", 4", or 5" Flange Tall - 4.5" Tall, 7.5" OD Large end, 5" Small end 3", 4", or 5" Flange

Need a Tee fitting for plumbing Vacuum, or Boost lines, Don't want to use cheap plastic ones that can get soft when hard, and brittle after they heat cycle? We didn't either, which is why we machined these high-quality billet tees to solve this issue. Machine from 6061-T6 aluminum, and anodized in black for a long-lasting corrosion-free finish, these tees look great, and will you never have to worry about one failing. We offer them in two sizes, each size has 12mm legs and 3 barbs:
- 7.60mm / -4 Push Lock for people looking to use -4 push lock hose or -4 AN hose. This is a perfect fit for those.
- 1/4" For people looking to use 1/4" vacuum tube

Looking to up your boost limit on just about any BMW vehicle that runs a 3 or 4-wire BMW map sensor including but not limited to S58, B58, N54, N55, S55, S63, B48, B47, B42, B57, B46? We were too, so we decided to make a very easy plug-and-play kit for 3, and 4-wire BMW map sensors. These kits will allow you to completely replace the 3-wire sensor with one of our sensors, leave your stock 4-wire in place for IAT sensing, and move the power, ground, and sensor signal from the factory sensor to our sensor. These sensors have the proper scaling which will allow your tuner to simply change your map sensor scaling in the tune, and the factory ECU will be able to utilize the sensor voltage with no problem. We are offering these in 5 bar (58 psi), and 6 bar (72 psi), and each comes with a plug-and-play harness, and optional fittings for ease of installation.
Note: For the S58/B58 our Factory style Pre-Throttle map sensor is also 5 bar, and will work fine coupled with the post throttle kit, but the scaling is different, if you want matching Voltages Pre/Post throttle you can run two of these.
A variety of install pics can be found below and - Here
Scaling PDF Links: 5-Bar / 6-Bar
Features include:- Plug and Play harnesses with no wire splicing
- Output wire for connecting a PI or external controller to your post-throttle map sensor for the most stable signal that is not affected by throttle closure
- Different fittings are available for your plumbing needs.
- Can have matching voltage signals for pre/post throttle for ease of tuning, and boost reference
- B58/S58 etc Pre Throttle - 3 Wire Harness (Charge pipe to 1/8" NPT adapter needed, for B58/S58 90 degree adapter needed to provide sensor clearance)
- B58/S58 Post Throttle - 4 Wire Harness (Boost reference will be needed from manifold to sensor)
- F90 M5 Pre/Post Throttle - 4 Wire Harness (May need to repin) (Boost reference will be needed from manifold to sensor)
- Most all other platforms Pre/Post Throttle - 4 Wire Harness (May need to repin) (Boost reference will be needed from manifold to sensor)

VTT F9X M5 / M8
Blow-Off Valve (BOV) Kit — S63 Engine
Fits BMW F90 M5 & F91 / F92 / F93 M8 (All Trims)
Why the S63 Needs a Proper Blow-Off Valve
As capable as the S63 platform is in the F9X M5 and M8, one critical component is missing from the factory configuration: a true diverter valve (DV) or blow-off valve (BOV) to properly vent excess boost pressure during throttle lift.
From the factory, the S63 relies on Valvetronic to manage pressure relief. While this strategy works from an OEM drivability standpoint, it is not an effective method of fully venting boost pressure. Under higher load, rapid throttle closures, or tuned conditions, this can lead to compressor surge, increased stress on the turbochargers, and reduced turbocharger longevity over time.
The VTT BOV Kit adds the missing mechanical venting solution the S63 needs. By properly evacuating excess boost pressure during throttle lift, this system:
-
Reduces compressor surge
-
Protects turbochargers under aggressive driving
-
Improves long-term reliability
-
- Delivers some BOV sound, but volume varies by conditions (full boost lift = louder, light throttle = minimal or none)
- Not designed for sound—that’s just a byproduct
- Primary purpose is turbocharger longevity—the S63 HIGHLY benefits from a properly functioning BOV
This is a functional upgrade first—sound is simply the byproduct.
If upgrading Turbos on your F9x, this kit is something we feel is required to increase longevity

VTT F9X M5 / M8
Complete Turbo-Side Intake System (S63)
VTT is proud to offer a true full turbo-side intake system for the BMW F9X M5 and M8 platforms, equipped with the S63 engine, that eliminates every factory airflow restriction from the turbocharger inlet all the way to the air filter.
Most intake kits on the market only replace the upper airbox or filter section, while leaving the restrictive factory molded plastic turbo inlet piping in place. That turbo-side inlet is the primary airflow choke point on the S63 platform—meaning those kits only address half of the problem.
Our system replaces the entire factory intake tract, starting directly at the turbochargers, with precision-machined 6061-T6 billet adapters that bolt straight to the compressor inlets. Airflow then transitions smoothly into reinforced 2.5” → 4” high-temperature silicone tubing, finishing with dual VTT 4” dry-element air filters.
This is a true unrestricted intake system—no factory bottlenecks left behind—allowing the S63 to breathe properly under both stock and increased airflow demand.
