We are happy to release our BMWB58 (Fits ALL B58 models including TU found in the A90/A91 Toyota Supra) vacuum/boost adapter. These go inline with the intake manifold fitting and provide a full boost/vacuum signal from the manifold. This fitting adds two 1/8NPT bungs to accept any fitting that has 1/8" NPT threads. You can choose options, Fitting by itself, 1/4" barb, as well as 1/8NPT plugs if you only want one barb, etc. You can choose straight or 90-degree barbs. Once installed it tucks perfectly under your engine cover. These are perfect for running your PI switch off manifold pressure which is much more accurate than charge pipe, and they are also great for BOV running the proper size line without having to drill a hole in your manifold. These do space out any sensors etc giving inaccurate readings like some of the other brands do. They are made from 6061-T6 anodized black, with steel plugs, and Blue Anodized barbed fittings. VTT is proud to announce our B58 Gen 1 Billet/Silicone coolant hose upgrade kit! The factory plastic coolant connectors are prone to breaking over time, and the hoses are just your standard run-of-the-mill coolant hose. We wanted to provide an upgrade to both areas. What we came up with is Billet 6061-T6 connectors anodized black for corrosion resistance, and 6-ply silicone molded silicone hoses in the factory shapes. Currently, these fit most Gen 1 B58 applications F2X/F3X. Application chart below.
They may not fit some models, we have not test fit on all models.
Please bear in mind, the B58 coolant hoses can be difficult to install, and may require removal of other items on the engine to reach the hose connections.

Do you work on a lot of BMW engines from various platforms? Do you ever struggle with heavy cylinder heads, either lifting off the engine or simply moving around? Ever ruined an EXPENSIVE multi-layer head gasket while trying to install a cylinder head due to no secure way to hold it without two people? We answered yes to all of those things, and came up with a tool for anyone that works on BMWs often, and needs a way to simply, and easily remove/install, or simply move around a cylinder head. These cylinder head tools are machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum and anodized in 4 colors for long-lasting corrosion resistance. They are knurled for a non-slip grip when oily or wet, and positioned so the head is balanced when lifting The Head Handler fits the following engines, N54, N55, S55, B58, S58 and we offer short extensions for installation with no cams/Cam ledges on the head, or long extensions for people that want to install or remove a head with cams still installed. (B58 only requires short extensions)

VTT is proud to offer the PFS A90/91 Supra upgraded LPFP line. This line replaces the factory line from the tank to the hard-line under the drivers feet with a line which increases diameter 22%, and volume/area 56% over factory line. The factory line is just under 8mm ID the PFS line uses genuine Parker 801-6 hose which is 10mm ID. This is a plug-and-play option. Remove your factory line, and install this line in its place, it will fit in all the line holders.

VTT B58/S58 HPFP Block-Off Plate Kit
If you’re converting your B58 or S58 build to port injection (PI) only and removing the direct injection (DI) system and high-pressure fuel pumps (HPFPs), you’ll need to properly seal the HPFP ports in the valve cover.
Our billet aluminum block-off plates provide a simple, clean solution.
Just remove the HPFP and cam follower, then install the plate — it seals the valve cover and eliminates the HPFP cleanly and securely.Please Note:

If you’re only removing a single HPFP (such as on the S58), a tune adjustment will be necessary for proper operation.

Unsure of the state of your CHRA's, whether brand new from a questionable source or rebuilt? Don't install them without having a proper High-Speed balance done! This is the #1 most critical factor when building a turbocharger, and is even more important for performance turbochargers or small twins that see a LOT of RPM. We use a Turbo Technics VS3 balancer, and balance most units down to under .5G Not all turbos will be able to pass a high-speed balancing test for any number of reasons (usually poor assembly, bent shaft, etc), if they will not pass, we will send you the specs they are in, and as close as we could get them. We then will give you the option to send them back, or we can disassemble, and rebuild them in-house using our other balancing, and assembly tools to ensure a properly built/balanced unit. The service is for most turbos, and we have the capability to balance most units, NOT ALL. If sending in twins please choose TWO as the quantity

Looking to fix the diff bolt issue on your G0X X3/X4, G3X 5 Series, and G1X 7 Series chassis? VTT is proud to offer our Rear diff bushing insert kit. This is pressed into the factory bushing and fills the voids in the bushing. This keeps the stock bushing ride compliance but removes any unwanted movement. These are sold as a kit and are available in the rear side only. Kit includes:

All products that are designed to stiffen or reduce drivetrain movement inherently have the tendency to increase NVH or Noise, Harness, or vibration. While these bushings inserts have been found to add little NVH in most instances. Your results and sensitivity to NVH may vary. This product is designed to reduce drivetrain movement, and that was the goal when designing and manufacturing this product. Returns for NVH are not accepted once products are installed.

If this does happen to you it can break the plastic neck emptying your coolant in seconds causing you in the best-case scenario to be stranded, and in the worst-case scenario expensive engine damage. VTT is proud to announce another product in our carbon fiber product line. The BMW F-Series B58 Modular Carbon fiber intakes system! We COMPLETELY do away with the entire factory intake tract, including the accordion hose, the turbo muffler, all of the restrictive bends. We then replaced it with a smooth radius 2.5"-4" Silicone intake pipe with wire impregnated to ensure strength and longevity. This is coupled with our billet intake connection for an OEM-like fit, and finish. We then created a 100% carbon factory-style intake top and coupled it with our high-flow cotton pre-oiled filters. These tops are 8 layers of 100% carbon, not a single layer wrapped over plastic and they are 1.3MM thick with our logo vacuum printed onto the tops, with a UV-resistant gloss clear coating. This is not only strong but will resist discoloration for an extended period of time. The filters themselves are made with a heat-resistant silicone base, a high-flowing cotton weave element with a pre-oiled design to catch contaminates but allow free flow. But we didn't stop there! For the crowd looking for increased intake sound, we also made this compatible with our 4" Cone filter for increased flow, and much louder intake sound! BMW damper bolts are grade 10, and Torque to Yield, meaning one-time use. This is fine for factory power levels, but when turning things up. These bolts leave a lot to be desired. We have seen damper bolts come loose, and break causing engine and crank damage, we have seen improper TQ load between bolts.
