We keep what BMW got right, then remove every limitation we identified: restrictive inlets, inefficient bearing housing oiling structure, weak thrust assembly, and everything else bottlenecking S58 power output. We then apply proprietary VTT revisions and cast our housings at OEM-level quality.

The result: true bolt-on S58 turbos that support 800–950WHP, retain all factory oil/water/downpipe/charge pipe connections, and are proven record-setters—holding the G8X ET + Trap Speed records as of 7/24/22.

Key Design Features

• GC uses a 52mm turbine / 58mm compressor

  (G25-spec 9-blade Superalloy Mar-M 246 turbine wheels with modern aero)

• 9-blade point-milled compressor wheels optimized for flow while minimizing surge

• Direct connection to factory oil, water, downpipe, and charge pipe

Recommended Supporting Mods

Turbocharger upgrades should be paired with fuel upgrades, tuning, intake, downpipe, intercooler, etc. Gains will be seen even on a stock hardware S58, but peak potential requires proper supporting modifications.
