VTT Billet Power Steering Reservoir

If you own a BMW with hydraulic power steering, you’ve likely seen it — fluid all over the engine bay, makeshift fixes like headbands, socks, and sweatbands, yet the problem persists. We decided enough was enough and designed a ground-up billet reservoir that not only solves all the issues but also adds modern features to BMW’s outdated design.

• 100% Billet Construction – CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with Viton O-ring seals and ORB fittings throughout.

• Increased Fluid Capacity – Extra room for expansion; we recommend filling to ~¼ into the main chamber.

• Advanced Baffling – Upper chamber fully baffled to minimize fluid foaming and splashing.

• Integrated Filtration – Serviceable stainless steel filter keeps fluid clean and reduces splashing.

• Magnetic Protection – Rare-earth magnet traps ferrous particles inside the filter area until service.

• Flexible Fitment – Choose between stock barbed fittings or AN fittings for race applications.

• Leak-Free Cap – Fully threaded, O-ring sealed cap with integrated vent hole.

• Breather Ready – Compatible with our VTT One-Way Breather for maximum capacity and venting; the 1″ ball system vents pressure even on the hottest track days.

• Anodized Finish – Available in 5 color options for durability and style.
