OEM+ Upgrades

When it’s time to replace a worn factory turbo, you have an opportunity to install an option that’s better than stock. Our N54 OEM turbo replacement kit is built as an OEM+ solution that corrects known weak points while keeping factory fitment and capabilities.

We replace the failure-prone stock wastegate arm and flapper valve with a stainless-steel assembly that resists wear and helps maintain consistent boost. Brand-new factory OEM wastegate actuators are included, so you aren’t reusing worn-out components that can cause control issues.

You can also choose to add TD04 upgraded thrust parts. The stock thrust bearing arrangement is a common failure point on the N54 platform, so the upgraded thrust system increases surface area and durability under load. From there, you can bundle supporting pieces together, such as an inlet package or aluminum outlet, a VTT™ charge pipe, and our upgraded PCV valve. Our PCV solution is significantly stronger than the factory valve and is a smart choice if your current one is worn or you are planning more serious power goals.

More Horsepower? No Problem

If your priority is pushing horsepower beyond what an OEM+ setup can comfortably support, our Stage 2+ N54 turbo upgrade is built for that purpose. This is a complete, all-new turbo package, with fresh-cast housings, brand-new wheels, and new internals throughout.

We use custom cast VTT™ components paired with a TD04L turbine wheel that follows a full Garrett-style profile, which allows the turbo to maintain strong flow all the way to redline. The result is an efficient, high-output package that also improves durability compared to stock.

You can spec the upgrade with fully forged billet compressor wheels, which are extremely efficient at producing power while keeping charge temperatures in check. For the best overall setup, we recommend combining the Stage 2+ turbos with our high-flow silicone inlets for unrestricted airflow and aluminum outlets for improved heat resistance and long-term reliability.
