Designed to eliminate the failure-prone factory PCV system, the VTT Billet Valve Cover gives you complete control over your crankcase ventilation setup. Each unit is fully baffled to reduce oil carryover and maintain clean, efficient crankcase operation. For best results, pair it with a quality catch can system.

Important Installation & PCV Notes

Upgrading to an aluminum valve cover removes the factory PCV system and its integrated functionality.
If you do not replace it with an external PCV setup, your S55 or N55 may experience smoking or oil bypass under boost or idle conditions.

We strongly recommend the following for optimal performance:

• Install an external low-side PCV to maintain vacuum at idle and assist turbo oil drainage

• Block off the head ports to relieve pressure on the valve cover gasket and prevent boost from entering the crankcase

• Pair this valve cover with VTT Modular Catch Can Kits and VTT Head Port Block-Off Kits for the best results
