VTT-FAB is proud to offer the premiere top-mount single turbo system for the BMW G-Series and Toyota A91 B58 platforms. This kit is 100% made in the USA at our Hayward, CA facility, using only the highest-quality materials and components.

At the core is a hand-fabricated equal-length 321 stainless steel manifold with billet flanges, designed for maximum flow, durability, and that signature 6-into-1 turbo sound. The system is paired with our factory-controlled external wastegate setup, featuring a Turbosmart 60mm Straight Gate. This innovative design allows full external gate control through the OEM ECU — no additional boxes, MAC solenoids, or vacuum/boost lines required. Simply reuse your factory actuator with our adapter for seamless, plug-and-play control from 0 PSI all the way up to your turbo’s limits.

Unlike other kits, the VTT-FAB system uses no silicone couplers. Instead, we provide VTT-FAB HD clamps to eliminate the risk of blown boost hoses under extreme load.

  • Garrett turbo options are oil-cooled only (no water lines). This is perfectly fine for street and drag applications. For extended track/road-race use, we recommend adding water cooling

We will use ISTA and precalibate your actuator so you do not have to do it before install. This will save you the hassle, and time of doing this, and also is good for people that do not have access to ISTA software. (Please note you will still need to disable one wastegate bank in your tuning software)

Please choose if you want an air filter for your kit or a Velocity Stack

Add Cerakote to your hot parts (manifold, downpipe, and turbine housing) to help reduce underhood temps, and improve spool, please let us know the color you would like.

Add Powder Coat to your cold side parts (Compressor housing, and Charge pipe) Please let us know the color you would like.

Add a BOV to your turbo kit

Choose the downpipe style you want. Factory style will bolt to any factory style midpipe with the 80mm slip fit. Race style will be a single 4″ back with an option to an open V-band for coupling an existing single mid pipe, or a turn down.

Please choose the correct charge pipe based on your intake manifold/Charger Cooler.
PLEASE NOTE! The factory option DOES NOT support PI spacers. We use no silicone in our kit, and the charge pipes are an exact fit.

WE HIGHLY, HIGHLY SUGGEST RUNNING OUR ONE WAY BREATHER WHEN ADDING A SINGLE TURBO KIT, AS YOU DELETE MOST OF THE PCV SYSTEM, FAILURE TO ADD THIS OR SOME SORT OF CRANKCASE VENTING LIKELY WILL RESULT IN CRANKCASE PRESSURE, AND POSSIBLY SMOKING.
