BP-20 is a more street friendly pad, lower dust, lower initial bite, must be bedded properly, and warm to hold the car during brake boosting
Bp-28 is a more agressive pad, higher dust, very high inital bite, must be bedded properly. but will hold the car during brake boosting even when cold

VTT ultimate F9X X3/4 ultimate rear brake conversion kit

 VTT is happy to announce its new rear brake conversion kits for the F9X platforms. This is the FIRST and only kit currently on the market that will allow 17" wheels and tires to be run on the rear. This kit replaces your rear brake rotors and calipers to fit 17" wheels. It includes GENUINE BMW calipers that RETAIN full parking brake function.  This means no downside, 17" wheel fitment, parking brake functionality, no loss of braking power, 26.4LBS unsprung/rotating weight removed.

Bedding Procedure – CRITICAL

Brake pads must be properly bedded to achieve full braking performance.

Failure to properly bed pads may result in:

  • 30–50% braking effectiveness

  • Pad glazing

If glazing occurs:

  • Remove rotors

  • Sand pads

  • Re-bed properly

Your kit includes a bedding instruction card. Follow it exactly.
