As power levels increase, factory engine-mount movement becomes more noticeable. Under hard launches, aggressive acceleration, braking, and high-G cornering, the factory rubber mounts allow the engine and drivetrain to move within the chassis.
For high-performance and racing applications, that movement can reduce consistency and allow unnecessary drivetrain deflection.

Important NVH Notice

Because they are completely solid, they will significantly increase noise, vibration, and harshness compared with the factory rubber engine mounts.
The amount of NVH will vary depending on the vehicle and the other drivetrain components installed, including transmission mounts, transfer-case mounts, differential mounts, and any additional solid or polyurethane bushings.
These mounts are designed for customers who want zero engine movement and are willing to sacrifice comfort for maximum drivetrain control and consistency.
