My car is at 213k miles and is still running strong but it came to the point where I was having a new coolant leaks every other week. It got to the point it was frustrating and obviously a huge burden. Maybe it was poor installation on my part. Maybe it was my driving habits. Maybe it was the fact that I would have the engine running for hours before turning it off. Maybe it was the 25k miles of abuse I would drive every year. Whatever it was I committed to getting this WHOLE kit. And problem solved. I can’t say for sure which hose it was that was the main culprit but I purchased this kit and any other coolant accessories I could get my hands. Completed an entire coolant system overhaul in my 2008 335xi and I haven’t had a coolant leak since going on 3 months strong now. I even tug on the connectors occasionally just to see if there is any free play. These lines I recommend to anyone going through what I was going through and they are definitely eye catchers when you pop the hood.

The aluminum connectors are awesome, the gaskets inside are not. Had to replace all of them so that things would not leak. Also would be cool if there were more connector options available so that the whole coolant system could be upgraded with aluminum connectors.
