VTT BMW Billet One-Way Crankcase Breather

VTT is proud to introduce the first and only plug-and-play crankcase breather kit designed for BMW applications utilizing the two-prong oil cap style.

Installation is simple—remove your factory oil cap, install the breather, and immediately:

• Reduce crankcase pressure
• Improve turbo oil drainage
• Free up horsepower
• Add a clean, performance-focused look to your engine bay

Versatile Performance

This breather can be:

• Used with the stock PCV system to relieve crankcase pressure
• Paired with aftermarket PCV setups for maximum pressure relief

Premium Construction

Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and anodized black for durability and corrosion resistance, the VTT breather is built to perform.

Features include:

• (4) Stainless steel internal baffles for superior oil control
• PTFE one-way check ball
• High-quality breather filter
• Secure clamp system

Together, these components ensure crankcase pressure is properly vented while maintaining effective oil separation.

Fitment

This breather fits most (not all) BMW engines utilizing the two-prong oil cap, including but not limited to:

• N54, N55, S55
• S54, S85
• S63, S63TU, N63
• Most BMW diesel models

⚠️ Important Notes:

• Fitment may vary depending on valve cover design and surrounding components
• We do not recommend use on S63, S63TU, or S68 platforms (F90, G90 M5, etc.)
• Installation on non-recommended applications is at your own risk and renders the item non-returnable if used

Valve Cover Selection

• Select Billet Valve Cover ONLY if running a VTT billet or cast aluminum valve cover
• All others should select Stock Valve Cover

Service Requirement

This is a serviceable component.

The breather is designed to capture oil from crankcase vapors. Over time, it will become saturated and must be cleaned periodically to maintain proper function.

• Height: ~2-1/8” from oil cap mounting surface
• Filter Diameter: ~2-3/4”

Hood Clearance

⚠️ Clearance will vary by model.

• Not all vehicles listed have been tested
• We cannot guarantee hood clearance on all platforms

If installing on anything other than an N54:
👉 Close the hood carefully and verify clearance before operation

If it does not fit, contact us for a return (must be unused)
