This kit includes everything you need to perform a flawless installation of your new VTT turbochargers. All factory gaskets and Viton O-rings are included. Do it right the first time and pick up the installation kit while buying your turbochargers!
(We have lowered the price of the install kit as Inlet Gaskets are no longer included as most people are running aftermarket inlets. The inlet gaskets can be added for an extra $25)
Kit includes:
- 16 OEM Copper Lock Nuts
- 16 OEM Head studs
- 2 Downpipe to Turbo gaskets
- 2 Drain gaskets
- All Turbocharger Coolant O-rings
- All Turbocharger Oil O-rings
- OEM Coolant pipe Gasket
- 2 OEM Outlet Gaskets
Note – Most N54 users of aftermarket turbos use aftermarket inlets so we do not provide the 2 inlet gaskets, if you need them, you can get them from any BMW dealer.

I received the turbos and installation kit really quick. The one thing that I have a complaint over is the extra freebies that was inside the box from gummy bears to the sticker. The sticker is what I wanted more than anything, to put on the side of my car with everything else I’ve installed to my engine. But my car is black on black. The sticker came black so you can’t even see it on my car. You should give people options on a white or black sticker. Besides that small complaint I am happy so far. About to install everything next week. It is taking us a little bit longer to get installed because of the hurricanes coming through Florida.
