VTT BILLET BMW N54/55 Crank Seal Guard.
It is a well-known issue on the BMW N54/N55/S55 platforms that your serpentine belt can fail for various reasons, when this happens you have a high chance of the belt getting sucked behind the front damper, and then being pushed past the crank seal into your oil pan. From there it can get sucked into the oil pick up causing total engine failure, even if you do not lose the engine it is a COSTLY repair to remove the sub-frame and drop the oil pan to remove the belt. The best way to combat this is to watch for oil leaks and keep up on your maintenance. BUT Even with those preventative measures, pre-mature belt failure can occur. This crank seal guard installs over your front crank seal and will keep the belt from being sucked in if a belt failure does occur. This is a cheap way to ensure you do not end up having to replace your motor from oil starvation due to an ingested belt.

VTT is proud to offer the only complete crank hub solution for BMW N54, N55, and S55 engines that does not require drilling the crankshaft for pins.
Our innovative hub features proprietary Spline Lock Technology—a high-tolerance, precision-machined spline system that presses into the crank and positively locks the hub in place, eliminating the need for traditional pinning or welding.

Looking to get the most efficient turbocharger operation out of your N54-powered BMW? The best way to do this is to remove all restrictions from the inlet and charge the tract. The factory charge pipe has a very small 1" opening and a poorly designed Y section that couples the two banks into one before entering the intercooler. This VTT N54 Aluminum outlet gets rid of those restrictions and provides a full 1.5" from the turbochargers to a smooth Y transition into a 2.5" outlet to fit most aftermarket intercoolers. Do not be fooled by companies trying to sell you oversized 2" charge pipes, these are not going to pick up any power, and will kill velocity. The smallest diameter you can run while still providing adequate flow is always best for flow velocity and reducing time to TQ.

Whenever upgrading your N54 we suggest going to a true BOV like a Turbosmart Raceport. This cold side charge pipe allows you to do that while getting rid of the prone to cracking plastic charge pipe, and plastic DV's. Blow-Off Valve (BOV) Kit — S63 Engine

Why the S63 Needs a Proper Blow-Off Valve
As capable as the S63 platform is in the F9X M5 and M8, one critical component is missing from the factory configuration: a true diverter valve (DV) or blow-off valve (BOV) to properly vent excess boost pressure during throttle lift.
From the factory, the S63 relies on Valvetronic to manage pressure relief. While this strategy works from an OEM drivability standpoint, it is not an effective method of fully venting boost pressure. Under higher load, rapid throttle closures, or tuned conditions, this can lead to compressor surge, increased stress on the turbochargers, and reduced turbocharger longevity over time.
The VTT BOV Kit adds the missing mechanical venting solution the S63 needs. By properly evacuating excess boost pressure during throttle lift, this system:

Complete Turbo-Side Intake System (S63)
VTT is proud to offer a true full turbo-side intake system for the BMW F9X M5 and M8 platforms, equipped with the S63 engine, that eliminates every factory airflow restriction from the turbocharger inlet all the way to the air filter.
Most intake kits on the market only replace the upper airbox or filter section, while leaving the restrictive factory molded plastic turbo inlet piping in place. That turbo-side inlet is the primary airflow choke point on the S63 platform—meaning those kits only address half of the problem.
Our system replaces the entire factory intake tract, starting directly at the turbochargers, with precision-machined 6061-T6 billet adapters that bolt straight to the compressor inlets. Airflow then transitions smoothly into reinforced 2.5” → 4” high-temperature silicone tubing, finishing with dual VTT 4” dry-element air filters.
This is a true unrestricted intake system—no factory bottlenecks left behind—allowing the S63 to breathe properly under both stock and increased airflow demand.

VTT B58/S58 HPFP Block-Off Plate Kit
If you’re converting your B58 or S58 build to port injection (PI) only and removing the direct injection (DI) system and high-pressure fuel pumps (HPFPs), you’ll need to properly seal the HPFP ports in the valve cover.
Our billet aluminum block-off plates provide a simple, clean solution.
Just remove the HPFP and cam follower, then install the plate — it seals the valve cover and eliminates the HPFP cleanly and securely.Please Note:

Removing the HPFP typically requires a standalone ECU.

If you’re only removing a single HPFP (such as on the S58), a tune adjustment will be necessary for proper operation.

VTT B58/S58 Head Port Block-Off / Built Check Valve Kit
The VTT B58/S58 Head Port Block-Off / Check Valve Kit is designed to either seal off or convert the factory head ports used by the OEM low-side PCV system. These ports in the cylinder head utilize engine vacuum to evacuate crankcase gases — but in the process, can allow oil to enter the intake manifold, leading to valve carbon buildup and other performance issues over time.
This kit provides two configuration options:

Block-Off Version – Completely seals the factory head ports to prevent oil intrusion and unwanted vacuum leaks.

Billet Check Valve Version – Converts the head ports into a robust internal PCV system using precision-engineered check valves. These one-way valves allow vacuum to function as intended while blocking boost pressure from entering the crankcase or charge tract.
By bypassing the factory PCV valve in the valve cover, the VTT kit replaces it with an improved three-valve internal system integrated directly into the cylinder head. This design improves reliability, simplifies plumbing, and ensures consistent crankcase pressure management — critical for both stock and high-performance B58/S58 applications. This kit does NOT require any tapping, meaning no metal to get into the engine etc. You simply tap the plugs or check valves into place.
