VTT is proud to introduce our B58 Gen 1 Billet Aluminum Valve Cover, engineered for enthusiasts seeking both performance and reliability. This cover replaces the factory plastic unit, which is known to crack and incorporates a restrictive PCV system. Our billet design eliminates those weaknesses while giving you complete control over your crankcase ventilation setup.

We recommend pairing this valve cover with the VTT B58 Catch Can Kit for maximum performance and crankcase pressure management. Additional breather options—including our oil-cap breather and one-way stainless breathers—are also available to fine-tune your configuration.

Important Installation & PCV Notes

Upgrading to an aluminum valve cover removes the factory-integrated PCV system. Without an external PCV setup, your B58 may smoke or bypass oil under boost or idle conditions.

We strongly recommend:

• Installing an external low-side PCV to maintain crankcase vacuum at idle (aids turbo oil drainage)

• Blocking off head ports to reduce pressure on the valve-cover gasket and prevent boost from entering the crankcase

• Using the VTT Modular Catch Can Kit and Head Port Block-Off Kit for optimal performance
