The kit uses a Turbosmart 60mm Straight Gate wastegate system that works through the factory ECU strategy. That means you don’t need external controllers, MAC solenoids, or added vacuum and boost plumbing to get proper control.

You can reuse your factory actuator with our adapter, which keeps boost control simple and clean. You’ll have full boost control with a functional range from 0 PSI up to the turbo’s maximum capability, and the setup is built specifically for the G8X and F9X S58 platforms.

Adapters and Other Parts

We don’t expect you to piece the system together on your own. Our S58 top mount single turbo kit includes the adapters and supporting parts needed to complete the install the right way. That includes items like drain and block-off adapters, coolant hose replacements, gaskets, clamps, clips, and oil drain hardware. We also include performance air filters so your new turbo has the airflow it needs right out of the box.

If you want to protect your high-value build, we also recommend adding our universal OBD lock. It physically blocks unauthorized access to your car’s OBD port, which helps prevent key copying and other common theft methods.
