It is a well-known issue on the BMW N54/N55/S55 platforms that your serpentine belt can fail for various reasons, when this happens you have a high chance of the belt getting sucked behind the front damper, and then being pushed past the crank seal into your oil pan. From there it can get sucked into the oil pick up causing total engine failure, even if you do not lose the engine it is a COSTLY repair to remove the sub-frame and drop the oil pan to remove the belt. The best way to combat this is to watch for oil leaks and keep up on your maintenance. BUT Even with those preventative measures, pre-mature belt failure can occur. This crank seal guard installs over your front crank seal and will keep the belt from being sucked in if a belt failure does occur. This is a cheap way to ensure you do not end up having to replace your motor from oil starvation due to an ingested belt. -

What we came up with is Billet 6061-T6 connectors anodized black for corrosion resistance, and 6 ply silicone molded silicone hoses in the factory shapes.

N54 Aluminum Turbo Outlet
$229.99 – $319.99Looking to get the most efficient turbocharger operation out of your N54-powered BMW? The best way to do this is to remove all restrictions from the inlet and charge the tract. The factory charge pipe has a very small 1" opening and a poorly designed Y section that couples the two banks into one before entering the intercooler. This VTT N54 Aluminum outlet gets rid of those restrictions and provides a full 1.5" from the turbochargers to a smooth Y transition into a 2.5" outlet to fit most aftermarket intercoolers. Do not be fooled by companies trying to sell you oversized 2" charge pipes, these are not going to pick up any power, and will kill velocity. The smallest diameter you can run while still providing adequate flow is always best for flow velocity and reducing time to TQ. -

A well-known issue with the N54 and early N55 with Hydraulic power steering is the plastic pulley either hitting the subframe or simply breaking on its own. This can cause the belt to be ejected from the pulley, and leave you stranded with no serpentine belt. To top it off, if you continue to run the vehicle with the belt off, you also have a good chance of sucking the belt into the engine through the front seal. Put an end to the dreaded plastic PS pulley issues with our 100% Billet Aluminum PS pulley. We make these from 6061-T6 aluminum and anodize them in one of 4 colors (Black, Red, Blue, and Clear) for a great look, and long-lasting finish. These weigh 11Oz, very close to the weight of a stock pulley, and are lighter than the cast aluminum versions on the market.

The N54 has notoriously had ignition problems with the factory coils, while aftermarket upgrades do exist, they can be bulky. While factory coil upgrades such as S55, and our own N54 coil upgrades do provide more spark, the BMW B58 ignition coils are extremely robust and can support well over 1000WHP with no issues. This means a plug-and-play affordable solution that fits like stock, and looks AMAZING doing so! This cap does away with the weak plastic cap, and the need for a special tool for removal, while adding some pop, and color to your engine bay. These oil filter housing caps retain ALL of the factory provisions for the filter basket, including the lower pins which are important for the proper function of pressure bypass, etc. They also have cooling fins to help with oil temps. We also designed these caps to complement our Billet Oil caps, and upcoming Billet Power Steering caps, so all 3 will have the same design.
