    VTT BMW Billet One Way Crankcase Breather VTT is happy to introduce the first and only available plug and play crankcase breather kits for ALL BMW applications that use the two-prong oil tab style oil fill caps. With this breather simply remove your oil cap, install the breather, and instantly free up horsepower, improve turbo draining, and remove crankcase pressure, all while adding a cool look to your engine bay. Can be used by itself with the stock PCV system to eliminate crankcase pressure, or with any number of PCV setups for the ultimate in crankcase pressure relieve Made from 6061-T6 Aircraft aluminum anodized black for a long-lasting finish, 4 stainless steel baffles for complete oil control, a PTFE one-way check ball, a high-quality filter, and clamp all work together to keep crankcase pressure where it belongs, out of your crankcase.

    This breather will fit MOST NOT ALL BMWs with the two-prong style oil fill cap including but not limited to N54, N55, S55, S54, S85, S63, S63TU, N63. There are factors that may stop it from fitting your platform such as valve cover style etc.

  • VTT BILLET BMW N54/55 Crank Seal Guard.

    It is a well-known issue on the BMW N54/N55/S55 platforms that your serpentine belt can fail for various reasons, when this happens you have a high chance of the belt getting sucked behind the front damper, and then being pushed past the crank seal into your oil pan. From there it can get sucked into the oil pick up causing total engine failure, even if you do not lose the engine it is a COSTLY repair to remove the sub-frame and drop the oil pan to remove the belt. The best way to combat this is to watch for oil leaks and keep up on your maintenance. BUT Even with those preventative measures, pre-mature belt failure can occur. This crank seal guard installs over your front crank seal and will keep the belt from being sucked in if a belt failure does occur. This is a cheap way to ensure you do not end up having to replace your motor from oil starvation due to an ingested belt.

The factory plastic coolant connectors are prone to breaking over time, and the hoses are just your standard run of the mill coolant hose. We wanted to provide an upgrade to both areas. What we came up with is Billet 6061-T6 connectors anodized black for corrosion resistance, and 6 ply silicone molded silicone hoses in the factory shapes.

    Looking to get the most efficient turbocharger operation out of your N54-powered BMW? The best way to do this is to remove all restrictions from the inlet and charge the tract. The factory charge pipe has a very small 1" opening and a poorly designed Y section that couples the two banks into one before entering the intercooler. This VTT N54 Aluminum outlet gets rid of those restrictions and provides a full 1.5" from the turbochargers to a smooth Y transition into a 2.5" outlet to fit most aftermarket intercoolers. Do not be fooled by companies trying to sell you oversized 2" charge pipes, these are not going to pick up any power, and will kill velocity. The smallest diameter you can run while still providing adequate flow is always best for flow velocity and reducing time to TQ.
